They said it would take time for the fit to expand to the foot. This is the case. I had ordered the large size in the range of my feet size and it was way too tight. Also it says returns are easy. I beg to differ because this return is the worst I have come across since using Amazon. The slippers arrived in a plastic bag which you have to rip to get to the product. NO return package is available so you have to find something to return them in. Also you cannot return them by your local post office but at special return points. If you have transport you are ok but if you like me without transport not worth the trouble. So think twice before buying

I would normally be a UK10.5/11 wide fit, but have to go at least 1 size up due to oedema in both feet, so have bought UK12/13. They fit snugly across the bridge of my feet and there is evidence that they will give over time, which for me is a plus point. I'm not concerned about the extra 1" this larger size gives me in toe room as I use a wheelchair. They are also washable, another plus point. The insoles can't be removed. The back comes up high enough, so they don't slip off. If you are a wheelchair user this is also a plus point and I have found them easy to remove.Overall these are the best slipper I have found without opting for something that look "medical". Reasonably priced too.They have kept my feet warm, even on frosty days.

The first pair I bought lasted 6 months before the soles were worn out, but because they were comfortable, I bought a second pair. These have lasted 2 months, so pretty much a waste of money. Won't be buying again.

I bought this pair of slippers based on my son recommending them. They were a little tight to start with but the blurb said that after a couple of days the foam forms to your shape. Sure enough after a couple of days they fitted perfectly. However after a couple of weeks the elasticated part became unstitched on both slippers. They were so comfortable I decided not to send back and just sew them up. A few weeks later they are still OK. I wouldn’t buy again unless a lot cheaper.

Purchased as a gift for my partner.Slippers are lovely and soft inside.Very warm.Shame the stitches in the elastic to make them stretchy is terrible.First time he put them on it tore.Size 8 to 9 purchased and he is a 9 so they should fit. Just want a exchange for the fauly item but amazon will only offer a return at my cost which is not fair when the item is fauly!

Read the reviews and bought a pair - no regrets. Easily the warmest slippers I have ever owned. I take a size 9 UK fit so bought the size 8 - 9. They were a bit tight for the first two days but the instructions state they loosen up after that time - and they did. I will be purchasing a second pair, which I will leave at my daughter's home.

These slippers have a slightly higher cut meaning that they snugly cover the whole of your foot to keep them warm on the colder winter evenings. The quality seems excellent although I have only had them a couple of days so their longevity remains to be seen. They are extremely comfortable with a generous amount of cushioning which gives them that snug feeling. The elastic doesn’t mean they’re too tight but keeps them firmly attached to your foot instead of easily slipping off. All in all, I’m delighted with them so far and if they continue the way they have started, they will become my “go-to” slipper when they eventually need renewing.

i am disabled so comfort is very important it you have problems walking . not only do you need comfort but also a secure fit these slippers do both and i will definately be buying again.
