My husband would like you to know that not only does this work as a meal replacement, it's also "just the right amount" to feel satisfied without feeling hunger. He used one after his covid vaccine gave him digestive problems and not only did it stop his hunger, it didn't "shoot through" him either, which is the highest form of praise he can give these.He says that you can use it to replace a whole meal once or twice a day and you don't even feel like you're missing out, and I believe him because I've never met a man who loves food more. He's a former military man, former construction worker, and lives an active lifestyle, so if he says you can use this to replace a meal and not feel like you're lacking, I assure you, his opinion is a good one to rely on! He isn't interested in losing weight, either, and doesn't really need to... So knowing that he feels SO satisfied with this meal replacement that he's likely to lose weight just as a kind of accidental side-effect has me thinking about trying this for my (intentional and necessary) weight loss, too...

Although Soylent is more expensive than other products there's definitely a reason for that. It is worth every penny it is 100% vegan and gluten-free. And the taste is incredible seriously I've never had a silent flavor that wasn't absolutely wonderful although strawberry has to be cold otherwise it's not great. But they're all better cold generally speaking. This in particular is one complete meal and I am not left with cravings or feeling empty I do drink a very large glass of water about 20 minutes before I drink a shake though. Excellent flavor, shake it really well but you shouldn't have any clumps or bad texture bits. It's not too thick either it's not like a heavy milkshake. Just very pleasant and enjoyable.

I had to drink one after they arrived, and "boy do these pack a punch".100mg of Caffeine and it hits you "very quickly", and lasts for hours.Tastes a little better than most bottled meal replacers. I'll say it, just add caramel and forget driving for a coffee, just grab and go or pour over ice.🍫☕Warning, if you're caffeine sensitive, you may feel eyes wide wired... but without a red bull headache later.👍I wouldn't recommend drinking more than 1 in one day... but if you had back to back shifts and little time to eat, it would certainly do the trick at keeping you going.😅Great taste, I didn't feel hungry until dinner(6hrs)... I still feel awake, very much awake and its evening, 8pm now. I would consider that a downside for me, as I go to sleep at 10pm. I'm wide awake for that evening workout though!!😂Great meal in a bottle, but a little strong. It will take getting used to.

I've been a fan and user of the Soylent Product line since version 1.0 (mixing the chunky chalky powder), and they've come a LONG way since then, all of their products now have a much smoother texture and better taste (Mint-Chocolate is the best tasting), This Soylent Stacked provides something that none of the other versions did (other versions have caffeine and such), this one is smoother than chocolate milk, has 100mg caffeine and all the necessary ingredients (l-theanine l-tyrosine, alpha-gpc, b-vitamins, 15g plant protein, and 36 nutrients!) --I didn't get this product for free, I wasn't paid or compensated in any way for writing this review, it's a product that I have used over and over again (my first 12 ordered from Soylent's website, this 12-pack ordered from Amazon because I wanted to write a review of how amazing Soylent is).

Been using this for a few months now between my mornings & before I go to my hockey games. Not entirely sure what magic sauce they put into this, but I have noticeably greater focus, my energy level is consistent, and I have not experienced any sort of "crash" after drinking it like most energy drinks do.There is no hyped up feeling of being on caffeine, no feelings of extreme anxiety or your heart beating out of its chest.Been drinking them in the mornings, when I need to get some work done, and before my hockey games. Been an godsend.

I have avoided energy drinks because of high sugar or because they are just caffeine and water but this one has everything with 15g of plant protein along with the latest in functional nootropics (brain energy and focus)! It really works - I was more focused and felt great!

I'm a fan of nearly every Soylent variant, and this isn't an exception. If you liked the original "Cacao" flavor, then you're likely going to like this just as much.It's a bit thinner than the other Soylent beverages. There's no aftertaste. I also appreciate that it's very low in sugar and calories. The boost of caffeine is nice.Note that these are 11 oz bottles, and most Soylents are 14 oz.

The 150 calories in this don't really deliver in a way you expect soylent to work. This is an energy drink and not a meal replacement drink. The flavor isn't as good as the traditional soylent and the caffeine is lacking compared to other energy drinks. It's not terrible - but a sugar-free Redbull and 400 calorie soylent is still going to be my go-to morning ritual.
