These are unbelievably comfortable. Fit my feet perfectly with and without socks. Little snug on top first day but have molded beautifully now. Warm enough to wear without socks in winter.

I love Ecco shoes for travel - particularly to Europe. They are stylish enough to where you can dress them up or down. My mother would say they are hideous, but I think they are kind of edgy and funky looking. The real draw though is that they are incredibly comfortable. Even walking 10 miles on cobble stone streets don't make my feet hurt in these, and they have better arch support than most shoes. Because they are a soft leather (almost suede) I spray mine with water repellant spray really well before I take them on a trip to keep them in good shape and repel water. I really like how they use good quality leather - these are not cheaply made - which allows them to form to your foot and make them more comfortable the more you wear them. I have a pair of Eccos similar to this style except in high tops too. My daughters (9 & 11) who now wear my shoe size and a little bigger steal my Eccos from me and wear them to school all the time now! I think I'll let them keep my old pairs and get new ones. :-)

Sizing I’m a 6 1/2 - 7, the Ecco 37 is my best fit. The arch support works for me. My ortho doctor tells me the arches of my feet are minimal. I can wear these all day with no discomfort. Splashed juice on the top of my booties and immediately wiped it clean with a damp cloth, easy to spot clean.So now my friends I’m recommending these Ecco booties to you.

Ran too big

Shoe size, width true to size, easy in and off. First class in a shoe, several compliments.

I bought 2 of these in the exact same color and size, both marked Made in Indonesia and bought thru Amazon. The first pair fit snugly but fine, yet I couldn’t even zip close the 2nd pair. Why? Ecco’s inconsistency in the cut of their leather uppers is really annoying and causes a lot of needless returns in their products. Regarding the original pair that fit, I love them. Look great, fit comfortably. Arch support and cushioning is fine. Just wish the inside of the leather uppers wasn’t lined with a synthetic fabric. It makes me hot and I expect will irritate my skin after a long day’s wear without socks. I like Ecco’s leather insoles so I can comfortably wear without socks as I live in a warm climate. I wanted a second pair to keep in reserve for later use because I’ve noticed Ecco’s quality is going down.

This is my second pair of Ecco sneakers and I love them! Only problem, which I just noticed as I’ve only worn them once, is the suede leather is quite different on one shoe… it’s not as soft or thick as the other… sadly I am just past the return window or I would return for another pair….soooo disappointed!!! I believe the two pair I have are manufactured in different countries….

I typically wear an Ecco 7. (With Ecco size 6.5 and 7 are the same shoe.) It's rare that a 7 is too small and a 7.5 is always too big when the 7 is too small This 7 was small enough that I thought I'd live to regret the purchase and so sent it back.I ordered a 7.5 and of course, it's too big for me in volume, width, and the heel, but the length is right (perhaps the tiniest bit longer than a typical 7.) The heel doesn't matter so much because they're soft and a little slippage in socks with this style will do nothing. So, I put two different thin layers of forefront shoe inserts (insole inserts cut down to fit around the last in my orthotics) and my orthotics and the size 7.5 boots fit just fine. The 7 looked a bit neater in the heel and I would have preferred the fit of the 7 save for the length.A PERSON WHO TYPICALLY WEARS A SIZE 6.5 IN OTHER BRANDS MAY FIND THIS 7 TO BE JUST FINE.

I’m lucky to own several boxes of ecco shoes collected for over nearly a decade; it is clear ecco is trying to cut costs. It is very clear in this ones.On the plus size: trendy, easy to put on, very comfortable sole pleasure to walk in.On the minus side: thin leather, November cold air gets through as if I was bare feet, too cold for winter.I’m size 2-2.5, this are definitely 2.5 not 2.5- 3 as stated, not suitable for wide feet - I have averaged width and arch, this shoes barely fit, even a touch too narrow.I was lucky to snatch them for a bargain price but would not pay full price. My ecco from 7 years ago can still be warn but I’m not expecting this ones to last over a year

These are lovely leather ankle boots. The leather is quite soft and the sole has a really good grip. They do up via a zip on the outer side of the ankle. They look very smart, and would be suitable for work-wear as well as casual.The only problem is that these come up very small. I am a size 8/42 and I could put them on barefoot, though it was a tight fit. I could not put them on at all wearing socks. Unfortunately I am having to return them because of this. My advice is to order at least a size bigger than you are, if not two!

I tend to wear these shoes all the time now since buying a pair a few years ago.It was good to find a pair at a better price on Amazon but I'm only giving four stars as this pair seem to have a bit of a stiff zip. It's not so bad that I'll have to return them but not as good as all my other pairs.

lots of positive comments on my shoes. I love them. But I am normally size 5 the reviews advised going up a size . I bought 51/2 but wished I had gone to a 6 I was hoping they would stretch. I have to say they are very comfortable but just too small. They hurt my toes but I am persevering as I love them. there doesn't seem to be a problem with exchanging them I should have ,the service is good
