This is a reasonable priced 90cm chimney with very powerful suction. Touch buttons are very sensitive & there is no need for forcing/pressing over these.The only downside in my opinion is that the inbuilt light is a bit insufficient. My model did not come with any type of exhaust pipe. I purchased a standard 6" aluminium pipe which was a perfect fit.The telephonic support from the regional dealership throughout the process of delivery and installation was wonderful.

I bought this product in 10200 INR, in this prize range i got good product, product is good, service is good, auto clean, baffle filer, oil collecter is available, this is basic and good features. Working fine. Fan speed is also good.

Service provided is excellent and product received was perfectly installed. Explanation givem by thw person about the usage of product was polite amd good. Overall satisfied.

Please dont buy this product. Works fine for a couple of years and one day the glass of climney bursted out. Service center will not help you with it and they will blame on you for it.Very Dangerous as the glass will blast on you out of nowhere.

Delivery: It was delivered on time.Installation: Ellica call center called me within a day of placing the order to ask for installation timing. It was good on their part. I was told to call back once the product was delivered to arrange for installation engineer. The guy came within a day of delivery and charged ₹500/- for installation, 1400/- for 5inch aluminium ducting. He gave a demo and a payment receipt as well.Verdict: The chimney requires 7inches hole in the wall for a 6 inch ideal ducting size. Since i had already drilled a 6inch hole, lower size pipe was installed. The installation can be done on our own as well since only 3 nos. Holes are to be drilled on the wall and the pattern sticker for the same is also available. Once the bracket is mounted on the wall, the chimney is just hanged on the bracket. One needs a 3 pin electrical socket ready on the wall. If it is done by ourselves without authorised engineer, the warranty card needs to be filled up and sent to Ellica.Warranty and service: warranty is 1 year on product and 5 years on motor. Ellica provides AMC for 2500/year with 4 services. Otherwise they charge 1500/- per service where they clean the entire chimney from the inside. Recommended service schedule is 4 months. However, it depends on usage.

Firsts time purchasing an Elica Chimney. Came packaged well and we were able to get it installed the same day. After delivery, we received a call from Elica customer service asking for a time for installation. The entire process was smooth and the chimney seems well anchored after installation.Design looks quite nice too and it does its job well. The chimney light provided illuminates well too. This is one of the pricier chimney models though. Anyway, satisfied with the product overall.
