Star Wars Darth Maul Adult Costume Black Version,Men

This is a damn decent set for the price. My set included the hooded cloak, pants, inner tunic, outer tunic, tabard and leather-like gloves and obi. I have read other reviews that said it did not come with gloves, mine did. They're not great gloves, but it came with them. The material is pretty good quality with a good weight to it. It's not crappy costume material. The cloak is sleeveless. The inner tunic is also sleeveless, I thought that was weird. The outer tunic has puffy sleeves from shoulder to elbow and tighter fit from elbow to wrist. I have never worn the pants, they seem to be the worst part of this set. Very baggy and just elastic at the waist. Even though I ordered a small it was still pretty big. This was expected and not that big of a deal. It didn't take away from the look of it. I have definitely seen better, but this one looks good and at the price for a complete set you can't really beat it. In some of these photos I'm wearing the inner tunic out and the outer tunic in. There were no instructions so I figured sleeveless goes on after the sleeved tunic. Apparently I was wrong.

Size: the cape is way too big. It actually dragged along the floor and I was stepping on it a bit (I'm and inch under 6ft) so I had to trim and hem it. The outer tunic is way too puffy at the shoulders (seriously?its a Jedi costume not a pirate costume) and it was too big as well. I always buy a size large than I actually need because unlike a bit of room. At first i thought it was just me but others have had the problem too. The sash is way too small. I have to (painfully) suck in my gut just to get it on (I am a bit chunky but no where near fat.) The pants fit but the zipper broke instantly. Had to fix that. According to other comments, the inner tunic has a zipper. Mine didn't. Also, the cleavage on the long sleeved tunic is ridiculous, almost as if it was made for a female.Service: I received it far earlier than anticipated (which is good considering the work I had to do on it) but it was missing the sleeveless inner tunic. The seller was quick and eager to fix the problem and it came in quickly as well. Kudos for that at least.No instructions on which piece goes where. No that big of an issue all things considered but still needs mentioning. Gloves came with the costume which is a nice surprise but it should still be listed on the description ( I already had gloves so that's a bit of a waste.) No return label either. Instead I got some weird paper with Chinese written on it.Overall, highly dissatisfied with this purchase. Not worth the $93 I paid for it. It'll serve its purpose but beware when buying.

This costume rocks! It isn't an Anakin Skywalker Garb, but more like Darth Maul's outfit. It is a five piece costume that consists of 1. Shirt/Tunic combo, 2. Pants, 3. Sash/Obi, 4 .Waist Cummerbund, 5.Pleated Cloak. Materials are of high quality and the sewn with precision. The tunic is made from a linen cotton, the pants from a synthetic blend fabric, the cummerbund from black vinyl, that is pliable, but the cloak is the crowning glory to this costume though, made from a poly blend fabric that is reminiscent of a Judges' robe with a Japanese kimono influence. It is sleeveless with an abundance of pleating. It fits perfectly, since I emailed my measurements to Super Kido, and shipping was fast via DHL . All in all I am very pleased with this costume and the price point. When you put it all on and assume the role of a Sith you can't help but feel the FORCE!

First and foremost, the shipping was quick. I needed it before Halloween and chose priority shipping. Made it from China to California in 3 days. Very impressive. And now to the bad stuff.. First, the item description is very misleading. According to the description, the costume comes with an outer-tunic, an inner-tunic, a tabard, a belt, pants and a robe. What I received was a one piece long-sleeve zip up tunic, a 6in wide sash you are supposed to drape around your neck and down your shoulders, a leather cumber bun, pants, and the robe. The outfit before you put the robe on looks good. I'm 6'1 and pretty athletic with fairly wide shoulders. I did not do the custom tailoring and went with the "Large" size, and was pretty satisfied. The robe is another issue all in itself. Its massive. To the point where it looks pretty ridiculous. The tag on it says large, but it feels like it is one size too big. Now, I am a life long fan of the Star Wars films, and I have seen Darth Maul cosplays before. This robe is "like" his, but it is not the same. For example the ends of the cloak that hang from your elbows are supposed to taper off into points when you hold up your arms, but instead square off at the ends, which looks ridiculous. Also, the pleats are spread wayyy to far apart. I most definitely intend to make my own adjustments to at least give it some sense of similarity

I ordered this 4/12/15. The projected delivery date was "Estimated Delivery Date:May 11, 2015-May 28, 2015". I received this on 4/16/15. It arrived from China in 4 days, literally. That was very nice.I ordered the large (6 Ft, 185 lbs). It fits great and looks very good. It also comes with pants!!! It is a full costume, minus the shoes and lightsaber. You will not be disappointed, in my opinion.There is a review from Jesse Sanchez that describes how to equip it. That worked out well.This is a great costume, very well made, and a GREAT price. I would order it now (in April) before the Halloween season comes rolling in.Now for a lightsaber....Lonnie
