Absolutely love this thing. We have been enjoying it for 2 weeks now and it's great to sit around. I recommend getting an optional glass wind guard. It makes it look great and stays functional in windy situations.

Arrived quickly and assembled well. It’s a heavy box so get the delivery where you want to assemble it if you can. Very clean lines and smooth edges on this model. The feet are not adjustable but that did not present a problem. Well made. I would buy it again if I needed two.

I love the way this looks on my patio. It wasn’t too hard to put together. My only complaint is that it doesn’t put off a ton of heat unless you are close to it.

We received this unit and unfortunatly the top had a scratch across it, when opening the packaging the bottom section which holds the gas canister was broken on the welded section, so soft and flimsy even if it was attached I would not hold for long. We did not put the unit together or unpack further, contacted the seller who asked for us to return at our cost !! I can not even pick it up let alone arrange collection and shipping.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It doesn’t give a lot heat compared to a patio heater for the same cost. This is only for good looks, relaxing, enjoying outside. There’s a Flaw design on the cover. It will not go evenly flat because of the lava rocks. They should have made it a little deeper. The material is below quality because of the price. There’s a few dents from shipping that i was able to fixed. I’m glad there’s no scratches. I will be applying a second RustOleum layer paint to protect from rusting if you want it to last and fading. The vendor reply is quick on my questions before buying it. That’s why the 4 stars. Overall i’m satisfied for what i paid for.

I bought this because I could find anything less than $300 locally. It’s nice but kinda flimsy. Went together in a half hour. The tank holder does not slide out like others I have seen so I will be the only changing tanks.

This thing is pretty solid. Seems like it will last as far as being made of substantial material. And we enjoy it on our deck. At first, it wouldn’t stay lit? Every so often, the flame would go out? We supposed that maybe there was air in the line? When I notified the seller, they immediately sent a new thermocouple (easy to install). It now works fine. The cover is nice too. ps... other reviews note some rust in the spaces between the slats of metal on the top - we have those too but not a concern. I recommend this product.
