I liked the leux facial hair remover so much that I got one for all my daughters for an early Christmas.It really does feel like a babies bottom when we shave. Until now I hadn't considered a battery shaver. Now I wouldn't go back to my razor again. It's everything as advertised.I wanted to make sure they never had to go without it so I bought extra replacement heads. Imagine my surprise upon opening it to find a surprise gift certificate of 2 replacement heads per box I ordered! Sure enough, I just received the generous gift!I don't know yet how durable this little hair remover is but my one daughter uses it every day and won't go without it!We tested 2 other brands but it was no contest. One was cheaper, the other more expensive. Both brands were rougher, noisier and there was no light which comes in handy, not that I shave in the dark!I'm sure we will discover more but we've only had it for a few weeks. I like it's waterproof, small but shaped so I have a good grip. There's also no chance of cutting my upper lip which is what started this search in the first place. I've been using a razor on my upper lip for over 20 years but in my senior years, my grip isn't as sure but the hair is hairier! This is a luxury I wish I knew about decades ago. My daughters' are all delighted!I would recommend this little facial hair remover over the ones I tried but more so because of the excellent service I received and generosity of the company! When I emailed them a question, they did as promised and quickly. I've learned that cheaper is not always better and when you find an honest mechanic never go anywhere else! Well, this little shaver is well made, not as cheap as others but not as expensive either. And I like the service! If they continue treating customers well, they have earned loyal generations of customers from selling to just me!PS I wasn't sure these heads were as good as the original and didn't want to wait to find out too late so I tested one. So far, so good!

This review is more towards the full product, but since the full product includes these heads and I ordered extra heads, I'll express the same feelings here.As a female with a hairy upper lip at times, yes this was much needed! I normally pluck my upper lip and lower lip with tweezers and very rarely get them waxed. Waxing cost too much money and I become worried about pulling at my skin too much and plucking took a decent amount of time to get all the hairs. I told myself this year I wanted to find a way that's quicker and easier for me. That's when I came across this product. After reading other reviews, I decided to spend my Christmas gift card money on this. It's pretty easy to use, and works pretty darn good! My skin is pretty sensitive at times and this doesn't break me out as waxing can. It gets pretty much most of the hairs (I have a mix of light/thin and thicker lip hair). Might miss a hair or two but that's an easy fix with a quick pluck! Overall, I would say yes this is something needed if you want a faster, easier way to get a smooth, clear upper and bottom lip. This will cut down so much time in my morning routine and get me out the door faster without worry if I missed a few pieces of hair on my lip. The customer service, at least the part I dealt with, was AMAZING! Very nice folks! Thank you so much!

Great for facial Remover. Be sure to empty after a few minutes and every use. Keeps hair away from the root, much better than a razor. Close cut for facial hair.

Okay, so I purchased replacement heads for my Leuxe Shaver.I must say, the heads are actually good. They do a wonderful job removing hair painlessly -- no pinching - no more than 2 attempts for removal, at least for me anyway.What I like mostly about the product, you "hear" the hair being removed, requiring less do-overs. Also, cleaning the head is easy.I would recommend the product. One thing though, start selling packs of 4

Easy to use and I like you can get replacement heads for it as well. Good for the price.

This product saves me from going to get waxed on a regular basis. Works well and pain free.
