Ninja Melk Energy Drink with Milk - Smooth, Delicious, No Artificial Preservatives - Original Flavor, 1 case (12 cans)

Went from 2 stars to 5 after I was told my cans were a defect. I tried the new box and none of them exploded.I'm strictly reviewing this as a consumer of the drink. I'll have to begin by stating that, like everyone else it actually taste very good! Flavorful and smooth. It's slightly carbonated and taste great.The biggest issue I had with the drinks are that, apart from the very first can that I opened, every single can I would open would explode the foam out and make half the drink spill. By the time the carbonated ingredient was done foaming/fizzing, I literally only had half the drink left; making each can cost about 4 dollars. Of course I know I can just place a bowl underneath and catch it, but I can't walk around with water cups ready to catch my own canned drink.I tried some things to address the issue; placing them in room temperature, some in refrigerator, others in freezer for a little bit and nothing worked. The box wasn't damaged and handled poorly.The energy part of the drink is the other weakness. I don't feel anything after I drink a can or two, compared to Red Bull. That could just be me though. Both of my issues are mine and my experience. Others have had a perfect experience, but its important that I, at least, put my experience. They aren't cheap.

The short version: As of Jul 2021It's back to the great original taste now, so you can ignore other reviews about that. Yes, it will explode upon opening, as many carbonated beverages like to do.Long version:So I used to get this all the time. I loved it, it tastes good (not necessarily like Milk but definitely in that direction). Then one day in 2020 i got a batch that was just awful. I tried to drink it anyway but hated every moment of it. I had to pour the rest of the case down the drain. I sent an email about it to them, and found out they changed the recipe, hence the difference in taste. This was because of the complaints regarding its carbonation causing a lot of spray/explosion/overflow when you open a can.Thus ended my relationship with Ninja Melk. I couldn't drink it.Fast forward to this week! They sent me an email to tell me they changed the recipe back, and they shipped me a FREE case (Edit: from their next batch, which will be available starting July). I just got it today, cracked one open, and it exploded everywhere and it tasted amazing, just how I remember it.On top of the amazing customer service, they clearly listened to the customers on this. Super excited to have this back.

I wasn't too sure what I was going to get when I first got this because honestly I saw some streamer drinking this and I decided to try it for myself. You can definitely taste the red bull like taste when you take your first sip but the taste is definitely better than all the other energy drinks. It is a bit more pricey for how much you get but it's a normal price for energy drinks. The milk in the drink doesn't cause me any stomach issues so that's a plus! It's hard to describe the complete taste of this drink but it is definitely worth buying once and trying for yourself.Update: For the orangesicle flavor.... it tastes terrible. Don’t get it and stick to the original.

A couple things about this product:1. No toothache from it being too sweet2. No jitters from inhumane amounts of caffeine like other drinks (this drink has just the right amount)3. Taste- immaculate.I was never really good at FPS shooters as I am fairly new to the PC life. I tried upping my reaction times and whatnot with other energy drinks packed with truly way too much caffeine. Don't get me wrong, I was flicking on to some heads but couldnt keep my hands steady to land a shot. With Ninja Melk, its been a gamechanger. Every player has their inner-Justin, Ninja Melk has unlocked mine. I was able to climb out of Bronze ranked in VALORANT all the way up to top silver/low gold. Top fragging every game, your team will wonder what your secret is. They will go to sleep that morning not knowing how someone could be so cracked in that rank. They think, "well he is obvously smurfing" but then recall your horrible crosshair placement. They think "maybe he's hacking" but then recall your terrible spray control.They think "Maybe they're Justin" and confirm that thought with how cracked you truly are.Become Justin with Ninja Melk like I have. I'm already taken.

FINAL UPDATE (hopefully?)Happy to announce that they have finally gone back to the "original" flavor and tastes as amazing as I remembered! I waited after buying two cases just to be sure! So get them while they're hot! (or cold)UPDATED UPDATESo got in contact with NinjaMelk team, and was told the recipe was altered due to some dumba**** not knowing how to properly open and drink CARBONATED drinks. #RIPOriginalNinjaMelkWord of advice, when you get drinks shipped to you, let them settle down in the fridge for a day after transport and not rush to drink them.UPDATE 10/2020Looks like they messed with the original flavor and now it tastes worse than the orange flavor :(. The original now tastes like chemicals and leaves a very bad after taste. NinjaMelk why are you doing this to us?! Sadly I'm going to have to find a new energy drinkOriginal:Not going to lie thought this was going to not taste as good....but WOW it’s delicious! I honestly like this more than red bull now. It tastes like coconut/yogurty with a bit of fizz. Wouldn’t have guessed it was energy drink right off the bat. Would definitely recommend trying it at least once
