Heathcliff (Starring Cliff Richard) [DVD]

I bought this on video when it first appeared. I thought at the time Cliff would look awkward after his Summer Holiday and others. Well done Sir Cliff Richard, A good performance from Cliff not to be missed. This will at some point be a classic must have for budding young actors to look at and say; If Cliff can do it when the media have always run him down (rise above them and do what you do best entertain!!) Watch and treasure one of our greatest Pop Stars give an unexpected side to his talents. Judge for yourself and don't let a DJ's comments of yesteryear put you off (where is what's his name.. now?) When Cliff's gone people will only then realize what we had here in Camelot. A Knight to Remember! -- I enjoyed it. BUY IT.. It's not Wuthering Heights as such, it's Heathcliff !

WOW what can I say. Cliff Richard at his best.Had VHS but no player any more.Well worth the cost so I can watch again

Saw this stage version many years ago. Enjoyed the DVD version just as much as I did then. Although thought it overpriced.

I love the musical, he was GREAT in it,i had to watch it on youtube, and i watch it over and over.. Got the VHS and can't watch it but it ok i love him andwanted it anyway,wish i could get it on DVD, but they r out.Darn Darn,well ill get watching it on youtube, thank you for doing Heathcliff you were great and be great in any thing u do.i have love the movie anyway, but when i watch your's then i really understood what it was all about, it was clearer to me.thank you again....margaret

well the service was great, it arrived when it should have, and I had wanted one of these DVD's for a while. I hadn't connected with Sir Cliffs career until 2009 (I knew his music from 1962, and thought he had retired in the mid or late 60's) so I missed out on this DVD when it was originally out. For personal reasons I find watching it difficult, but the DVD was great, sound was great, picture was great. I would recommend anyone who likes Sir Cliffs' work, to purchase one of these, if they are available.

Fans have been asking for years for this DVD to be re-released, and here it is (for a while anyway). For years the only way to get this DVD was to run the gauntlet of DVD pirates and wildly overpriced originals that often weren't even original.Anyway, this is the real deal: the whole stage show recorded live, plus a few extra features. The picture quality is not bad, considering when and how it was made, but the sound quality is crystal clear.

This DVD was great have been waiting for it to be available for a long time so paid more than I would normally just for one.

Surprised to find the DVD, I always thought the CD was all that was available - how wrong can you be! I think this was originally on videotape. All things considered this DVD plays well and if you are a fan is well worth having in a collection.
