Does what it's supposed to do. Nothing less. Wish it didn't cost so much, although that kind of let me know it was going to function as intended. Buy it if you need a speed reading from a GPS standalone unit.

I don’t have any complaints and I think that this Speed Meter is just as good if not alittle more accurate and better then the Sky RC GSM015. I also have the Sky RC GSM015 and both are excellent and almost on point with one another. I used to have a SkyRC GSM010 and that one was almost as good as the two I just mentioned but only detected a single satellite. These both use two satellite signals.

Bought this for doing top speeds with my RC cars. It works great for that purpose. Haven’t tried the other features yet. It’s easy to select the function you want. The only negative is that the battery doesn’t seem to hold a charge very well when it not in use, but it charges pretty fast so not a big deal. I installed a strip of Velcro on the back of the GPS and also on the underside of the RC bodies. It holds securely and makes it easy to transfer from one vehicle to another.

Of course I see these EVERYWHERE on everyone's rc cars n when I bite the $100 bullet mine..is defective..theres no screen display..I see no mph, peak speed..no display on the right side of the screen..I cant tell what mode I'm in.. highly disappointed shicks have Just used the simple bike speedo

Worth the money to me because the functions I looked for work well.

Great GPS for RC boats and small enough to fit in small area.

Look for alternatives. The software no longer supports the downloading of the data and battery life is terrible. I rarely get any useful data from it and certainly no GPS flight path data onto my pc.
