National Tree Company 10 ft Pre-Lit Dunhill Fir Full Artificial Christmas Tree, 1,200 LED Lights, 5,090 Tips, Foot Pedal, 10 Light Functions, Includes Stand, Green

This is our first artificial tree. I ordered the 10 foot LED. I have been buying real trees for 25 years, the cost for a 10 footer is out of control, and I was ready to try something different. I am not going to lie, it was a lot of work to bend/fluff every branch tip, but worth it to have the results I got. I did not have any problems connecting the lights between the 4 sections. I did it as soon as I added the new section. I did everything myself with the exception of connecting the sections. The tree looks very real. I haven't added ornaments yet, but wanted to share this info, for those on the fence about purchasing it. If you don't mind putting in the time, you will have a beautiful tree. The LED model has several different light settings, including super bright color, a muted pastels color and the clear. You can make them twinkle or flash. I like the white with random bulbs twinkling. I highly recommend this tree. It is a great price and made very well.

This tree is easy to assemble but not for anyone without strength in their arms as sections are heavy to lift. It is a stunning tree once assembled with ample lighting and the branches are full and the tree is great for all sizes of ornaments and many, many ornaments. I am very happy with this purchase. Incidentally, there are four sections to this tree.

First I will start by saying that the tree is gorgeous and a five star. It’s full and it’s huge. You will not be disappointed. I have not finished fluffing it or I would have added a picture. The bad part of this review is in reflection of Amazon directly and not the tree or the company. The star is a direct representation of the poor customer service I received. The tree if purchased had/has a promotion that you will get a free echo pop and smart plug. Upon receiving the tree I went on Amazon to claim my free items. It stated I had until December 16,2024 to do so. When trying to claim them it was only applying half off and wanting me to pay $32. I reached out to Amazon via chat. First they wanted me to send the order ID. Done, but then they asked me for a picture where it shows I would get free items. I thought this was strange being they could easily search the product or the order, but I sent them a picture. Their solution was for me to repurchase the tree and they add them on and when I get the replacement tree go through the inconvenience of returning the one I got. I told them absolutely not. This tree when I bought it was over $300 and it weighs around 50 lbs. It’s not the easiest for me to just pack up and around and who wants to keep forking out several hundreds of dollars. They absolutely refused any other option saying that was the only solution. I asked for a supervisor to call me and was told that the supervisor could do nothing more for me. I don’t honestly care about the free items in comparison to the tree, but it is the principle that I should have received them and felt it’s really poor customer service that I should have to repurchase the item to get said free items. Do better Amazon.

This is our 2nd tree from National Tree Company! Love their trees! Their full, look real, lots of lights and great shape!

I’ve changed my review of this tree. Beautiful Tree. My tree was delivered last Sunday and tidy is Friday. I finally got all of the lights to work. The assembly of the tree is simple. 3 sections top, middle and bottom. Each section just plugs into each other My issue was with the lights installed on the tree. It’s a Nightmare. It took 5 days and disassembling the tree 4 times to find the right connections. Maybe it was just me. It’s a gorgeous 7.5 foot prelit tree. No support from National Tree. It seems Amazon sale trees are not covered under the National Tree Company warranty. When I spoke with them they said this was typical for Amazon. Apparently they sell to Amazon and get some of the problem All in all for the price it is an amazing looking tree once assembled and the lights working. This baby is staying up till Valentines Day.!

At first I thought this tree was too scraggly and sparsely covered. My wife "fluffed" the tree though and it turned out very nicely. As in the built-in lights and the pattern options, and the tree is a winner.

Easy to setup and lights are awesome. Love the multiple light options. Very pretty.

I want to be fair. So here's the good stuff first. It's a really full, thick, and tall (7.5ft) tree. The base is a really nice folding one-piece base. Very easy to set up and take down, and you won't loose pieces. Very sturdy. All the lights and light functions work great and are very bright and colorful! Color cordanated plugs to match the lights were great and easy to set up. And it even has some ends where you can add more lights if you wanted to. For the price it's not a terrible tree. However with the price come several.... very underwhelming quality issues. Here's the negatives. Some of the small branches with wires in them for shaping are loose and falling out in several places. This is brand new out of the box. This was on the VERY FIRST setup. I think 5-10 fell out total. Not to terrible I guess. The folding hinges are extremely TERRIBLE quality and don't let the branches fall down evenly or straight. I had to take some pliers and bend the hinges together myself. It helped some, but this is a production issue for sure. Some hinges let the branches fall level, some droop. Some of the main branch wires are bent and crooked. But most are... straightish. All in all for an "affordable" tree (still 165 dollars with tax) it's not terrible. No remote only a foot switch, which is fine. Like everything in life. You get what you pay for. And this is what I could afford lol. I'm grateful to be able to afford a tree. I thank the Lord for providing it for my family and I. I just want anyone buying to be an informed buyer. Had an expensive flocked tree that I wanted to replace but couldn’t justify spending over $500 again. This tree is nice and full- if you fluff it and more than worth the $200 price. Lights can be all white or coloured. Easy to put together and take down. Very happy

We love this tree. It's the best tree we've ever had. It has lots and lots of lights. Online video of assembly was also helpful. Easy to fluff up and looks like a real tree.

Looks nothing like described. Bait and switch. Save your money and get another tree don't make the same mistake I did

This tree looks gorgeous, I had to order a relatively small star so it wouldn’t hit the ceiling but it looks great. There are multiple light settings so you can choose the look you like most. I personally enjoyed the slow cycling between white and multicolored lights. It does take some time to properly “fluff up” the branches and I recommend doing that one layer at a time but the effort is 100% worth it.

Beautiful tree, quite heavy but looks real. Took over an hour of “fluffing” but no more than any other artificial tree. All the light options are great, pleasantly surprised with the twinkle function. It is definitely expensive, but I was looking for a tree I’ll enjoy for years and I think I found it!
