I originally ordered a size medium armband. When it arrived, it was too small, but I was not going to make any sort of complaint, because it was my own fault since I'd purposely ordered on the smaller side hoping to avoid it stretching out as I sweat and it was in the sun. A day or so after my armband arrived, I received an email from Nate at E Tronic Edge, asking if the size I had ordered was what I needed. I explained my problem and he immediately offered to send me the correct, no questions asked and no charge! He said his company prides itself on customer satisfaction, and I want you to know that I have no doubt this is the case with the great service I've received! I of course received a follow up email asking if the second armband was the correct size and hoping I was happy with the product. I'd definitely order from this company without hesitation again!

*See update review following*So I bought this based on the positive reviews. I run 4 days a week and use a popular armband for my phone. Unfortunately, sometimes I end up with nasty chafing, even when using anti chafing stuff.I bought this to use with my Samsung S8+ (which does fit in the pouch, but I have to force and maneuver it a bit). I ordered a medium based on the suggestion for bicep size. Unfortunately, when I ran with this on my arm, it did not stay up. It slid down my arm, which caused my phone to bounce against the bony part of my elbow. I kept pushing it back up, but it did not stay.Based on the positive reviews, I suppose if you order the proper size it would work. I would suggest to be prepared for some maneuvering if you have a big phone to get it in the pouch, and maybe order a size down if your biceps are close to the smaller size.UPDATE:After posting my review, I was contacted within a couple days by E Tronic Edge offering me the smaller size free of charge.2ND UPDATE:I received the small sized band and it works great. No more sliding down my arm at all. It is a little tight to get my Samsung S8+ with the case on, but it fits. Goes in smooth if I take the case off, though.

Love the quality of this material .. very well madePlus like the simple fact that my I-phone XR in its LifeProof case can easily fit into my Armband.. no straps, no Velcro just slide it on your arm and you are all setDefinitely use/ follow the chart found on amazon site to measure your arm.. if you're close to the end of the measurements of one size (I'd go up to next size to be safe) . The lettering had already started to come off after I've worn it a couple of times but i don't care one bit; that should be THE ONLY complaint when anyone else goes to buy one of these bc they really are pretty cool! Sweat; no problem, it's a dry fit material so your phone will not get wet unless it rains then just use common since at that point. Anyway, I'm a mover for Bernards in florida so yea... it's hot and i sweat a lot. I sync my Bluetooth headphones up to my phone and slip the phone w/the case still on which makes for an even better product; it's that flexible (I personally have a galaxy S6 with a black spigen case) then slip the sleeve onto my arm while working to listen to my music with one earbud out to communicate with customers and partners I work with etc. and then press the play button on my headphones if a call comes through without having to touch my phone! This sleeve stays put the whole time I'm working; all day if it's a long job! If you buy one guys and girls ENJOY! P.s. also it's very inexpensive which makes for an even better buy! ☺

I’m very happy with this purchase. I have an iPhone 6 with an otter box commuter case on it.When wearing to run, it works perfectly with my Bluetooth headphones. I do use an app to track my fitness and play music. Since you can not access the face of the phone, I start both apps, music ahead, the fitness app after I start running. I am able to wiggle my phone in while running, then pull it into position while running. Also at the end of my run, while a little tougher with the sweat, I remove it to stop the app, all while still running. I get that may not be everyone’s choice, but works great for me!I’m going to wear it tonight to a concert since I will be wearing a sundress and with a child. I’ll be able to fit my phone and some money/credit cards in there, and not be bothered with a bag! I find this to be far more visually appealing than those plastic Velcro on armbands.Two quick other things, it’s summer and I sweat! I love that I can wash this. Also because it’s fabric, it’s flexible for me. I ordered the smallest size and it fits snugly on my bicep with no sliding, or sometimes I just wear it on my forearm (it moves more there however.)

I am a 5'6, 229 pound, truly "big boned" woman. My biceps are 15" around. This XL fits me slightly looser then I expected, but stays in place during jogging and walking with my arm down. Since I am on a weight loss journey anyway, I plan to order the large to have for that time, because I love that this product let's me leave my phone in case, because I am a klutz. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7, and I use a Speck case. My phone is waterproof, so I don't worry about water or sweat, but I workout with both GPS and Bluetooth, and phones can get warmly with that. This case let's my phone and arm breathe, even at 80 degrees with 66 percent humidity. I had it bunches one time and it rubbed, but only once, and that was my error. After putting it on, I literally lose awareness that it's there.i use the truly wireless earbuds, so do not need earned jack access. Definitely have recommended to others.

I measured my bicep (not tensed) before picking a size, my bicep is 12.5", so I selected the size L which is 12" to 15", but when I tried it on and put my phone in it (iPhone X) it was way too loose and immediately slid down my arm. When running with my forearm at a 90degree angle it obiously wouldn't slide down, but it's uncomfortable because it slides down to my elbow and crumples up, where it should stay wrapped around my bicep. And if running I do want to unfold my arm completely, it would just slide off comlpetely immediately..I think it's a litte crazy to say that something that fits a 15" bicep can also fit a 12" bicep, 3 inches is a huge difference in bicep size. Ideally they'd need sizes for every inch, I think for me a 12" one would fit, but a 12" one would be way too tight on a 15" bicep, and vice-versa a 15" one would be way too loose for a 12" bicep, as I have just discovered.. So if you want to buy one and your bicep is on the lower end of the range, consider going one size down. I'm going to try have mine replaced for a size M, the upper limit for that one is 11" but I'd much rather it be a little too tight than too loose...Aside from that I like the product a lot, it's good quality, nice stretchy material (again I'd rather too tight because the material is thin and stretchy so wouldn't be too uncomfortable even with a tight fit). My phone fits in it great with a case and without a case, though it does look pretty weird having this fat rectangle protruding out of my arm compared to other phone arm hoders where the screen is visible so it looks a little less odd. But it serves its purpouse so I can definitely recommend.

Very good band for running. More comfortable than others I've tried. I have a 11 inch bicep and the medium size fits well for my Samsung Galaxy s9+.Note that there's no hole for wired headphones so avoid if that is important to you.

So glad I bought this. Made running so much easier. I did have one of the ones with a strap that I also got off amazon. But it used to pinch the skin really bad at the back of my arm. I went for one of these and it’s top. I got the medium to use with my iPhone 11 which has a case on it and it’s really comfortable. I have used it with wireless headphones and it works a treat. It doesn’t slip down and it’s clearly keeping the phone very stable. Also got the running band from the same seller to use when I need to take a few bits with me. Also very good.

I got this for my samsung A40 while i'm running, it fits perfectly as its very stretchy. Because it is like a tube Its nice and secure on my arm and with the phone zipped in there is no chance of it falling out or off my arm . There are holes for my headphone wires too. The only thing that you can't do is use the screen or buttons on phone whilst it's in there. Not an issue for me as my fitness band controls my music and calls. I don't think it would be waterproof though so i won't be running in the rain.

Was looking for something that carried an ipod and a phone and this does just the job.Going by the website sizing I went for a Medium which fitted nicely with nothing in it, but was too tight with a phone in it. Emailed the company and a larger size was dispatched the following day, excellent customer service.Now happily running around with a very comfortable product on my arm.Only downside it that you can't see the ipod or phone screen, but I didn't need that so not an issue for me, but might be for others that need to see their screen.
