Great, but be careful with installation.
Bought to replace just the membrane (wish it was sold separately or with a choice of larger earpieces). My original membrane and the earpieces have lasted over 15 years of professional daily medium duty. Hopefully, I'll retire before this one breaks. There is one caveat: the membrane is quite difficult to install properly d/t a very tight fit. This membrane is supposed to have room to move when pressed harder against stethoscope head's inner rim to auscultate higher pitch sounds. It is quite easy to damage the membrane if installation is handled too roughly. It took me around 15 min. First, I pulled the membrane over a rim, then started to adjust it going around the rim's edge and carefully pulling the edge of the membrane back. Had to make a few rounds before getting it right. One may try to wet the edge lightly, but I didn't want to risk residual water left inside. All-in-all, my stethoscope looks and functions like new again. 15 min. for 15 years seems worth it!

Necessary replacement and they don’t disappoint
I have had to order these parts every couple of years and I really think they do a great job! I wish they lasted longer but honestly they do get quite a workout. Fits my stethoscope like a dream and I can hear like it’s new again.
