Exactly what I needed for banana to spring clips.

ordered these to convert my Micca banana plug cables to use with old style spring-clip terminals - since I dislike using bare wire. There is no difference between bare wire and pin plugs or banana plugs, its simply for ease of use when connecting/disconnecting things for moving around.They match the old cables nicely (though, when plugged in and you can't see it, it's totally irrelevant. They feel well built, and I tugged and pulled on one of them for a bit. I'm very happy with this product and if I ever need more of these adapters, I know exactly which ones to get - these CESS brand ones.

Used these to fix a clearance issue on some Dayton Audio 8" outdoor speakers. They hold tight to banana plugs and are very stout and well made. There is another version with braided flexible output plugs if you need more range of motion for your application

Adapter provided adequate electrical connectivity. However, the banana plug female connection is wider than the male connection. I believe the female to male will need to be crimped in order to secure the connection.

Used for hooking up a 50 year old Marantz stereo system. Perfect fit. Highly recommend for installing new modern bullet end speaker wires into older systems that used the old spring clips for attaching wires to the back of the unit.

The meter I needed these adapters for required 2mm pins. The pins would not connect into the meter. A micrometer check shows that they are actually 2.4mm. However the construction looked nice and the adapters were sturdy, so a Dremel fixed the bad diameter of the pins. If your application actually requires 2mm pins look elsewhere, or be prepared to make a small adjustment to them.

I bought these to adapt my standard banana plugs to an older set of speakers that only have clip-style speaker terminals... and they work 100% perfectly. I even like the slight bend, it helps to deflect the speaker wire down from these adapters, which compensates for the fact that the banana plugs are plugging in now at about 2 inches behind the speaker.

These adapters fit great for banana male plugs. I used them to insert into speaker clamps. They fit snug on both ends.

I use banana cables on my bi-wired speakers and these adapters make it possible for those banana cables to work with spring loaded speaker connectors. Nice and clean secure connections.
