Cannot begin to express my disappointment with this product. I spent a lot of time searching on line for a gift for my granddaughter's 18th birthday. As pictured, the bracelet looked like something she would enjoy. The first hint of problems began when I received an email from the seller advising the item would not arrive as pictured, but that I would have to unpack it and mount it in the box to be as pictured, along with other instructions as to how to handle it as it should not be mailed as displayed. It is apparently meant to only be given as a gift in person. I planned on mailing it to my granddaughter. It can only be mailed as packaged by the seller, not as one would normally send a gift. When it arrived, it was certainly not as pictured, or as described. It was described and pictured as a beaded bracelet, however the so-called beads were all attached to one another as one piece. They did not slide on the chain, and they were extremely tiny, less than 1/8th inch in diameter. the bracelet arrived with no packing slip or instruction for returning. When I looked on the sellers web page, it states in several places that items can be returned within 60 days, however there are no instruction provided. I would give a negative star if I could.

This bracelet is very pretty but I was a little disappointed in how thin the chain was. It's about the size of fishing line so not sure how durable it will be. Love the concept and my daughter thought the 18 beads were very cool but we'll see how well it holds up. It does come with a cleaning cloth, pouch to keep it protected and a pretty box and gift bag plus quality description information which is all very nice. I will update on the durability but for now - it's a very cute gift!

My husband gave this to our daughter on her 18th birthday. A very sentimental gift. He paired it with writing out his favorite 18 memories with her. She was very emotional. She hasn't taken the bracelet off since she got it: Showers, sleeping and all. It is holding up great and it is a beautiful silver.

Purchased 18 silver beads bracelet for my niece's 18th birthday. I was extremely pleased with the packaging and the gift accessories included with purchase. She loved the gift and likes the bolo slide to keep the bracelet on her wrist. I would recommend purchases from this seller.

I purchased 2 of these bracelets for my triplets 18th birthday party (I have 1 boy). And when I presented them with this gift they were ecstatic! I am truly happy that I decided to give this to my girls. It is very elegant and beautiful and I don't think I could've brought anything better. And customer service is exceptional! Lovely and meaningful. Looks great in the wrist. The clasp is adjustable and love that the item is sterling. My daughter put it on immediately and wears it every day.
