1st class delivery very well packed looks good and feels good although I have to agree with some other customers , the heat doesn't stay .I have had other gel products and they retain heat . It's a shame because price and looks and service you cannot fault .

Bought to help with neck/shoulder issue. It did not stay warm as long as other heat packs and even after multiple uses it smelt of chemicals. I ended up changing for a wheat pillow.

The wrap heats up well, is comfortable to wear and does a good job at relieving shoulder and neck pain, BUT, the reason for overall three stars is because it does not hold the heat for more than about ten minutes. It is so cool that you can put it back in the microwave straight away, which is fine on one level, but I am not sure how much electricity I am using keeping it hot enough that it does a good job! I see this problem for wraps that cost four times as much, so for the money it is probably worth it.

Great product for treating aching shoulders or neck. Easy to use.

I've knocked a star off because it's far too heavy to put round my achey neck. Very disappointing. It is well made though.
