I bought this to cover the sides of the bathroom floor after installing vinyl tiles so it looks clean. The adhesive isn't great, (as you can see in my photo that its come loose. It goes on well but eventually comes loose.) It was alil difficult to use but I managed. I like that i got 3 packs enough to finish my job. I gave 3 stars cuz of the adhesive other than that it was ok

I used 9 rolls after installing a new shower and the product seemed fantastic…. Until the next day. On inner concave areas it stuck great. On two areas of my shower that have outer convex curved surfaces the caulk separated leaving the caulk in the air and the sticky film still stuck on the surface. I at first thought I must have left some oil or water under the caulk so I removed one 6’ section, thoroughly cleaned and dried the plastic shower liner and reinstalled the strip. Next day the same exact issue but this time I was sure that the sticky tape under the caulk had clearly stayed stuck to the shower liner and the caulk had come loose. If I had not had so much time invested I would have pulled it all down and tried to get my money back. This is a clear product failure. I did find a solution though. I peeled the loose caulk back about 1/2 it’s width and used a small bead of silicone caulk along the length and then used a wall paper roller to evenly smooth everything back down. This works but IS a bit messy cleaning away the excess silicon. Bottom line… good for inside corner and flat surfaces but not good for convex curves or outside corners.

I purchased three of these rolls and opened the first one. There are two neon stripes running down both sides. I have not been able to check for adhesion or anything else like that as I’m still trying to warm them up. But as of the initial opening one of the three rolls is defective to where I’m not using it.Update: all three rolls have neon. Tried to use them anyway and they don’t stick. Peeled off and left sticky on the floor and toilet. Returning asap.

I can't tell if this is waterproofing my bathtub or not, but once it's on you can easily peel it back with just a little pressure. I will have to do a test and put some paper towel or something in the Gap and then cough over it and then see if it's dry after. Will update this review when I am done with that and see how it goes

This stuff is great. Its very thick and holds up really well. Adheres great. I've ordered other cauck strips on Amazon that were as thin as paper and didn't even stick for a day. This stuff, well I'm ordering more. Its the best I've found and great price too.

I know lots of reviewers put negative comments on this but good grief, use it as it was intended to be used .... at the bottom of a bathtub in a straight line or across tile above the floor by the tub in a straight line. Corners just need to be angle cut. It sticks just fine if your tub/floor/tile is clean and dry. I only gave four stars for install because I'm old and needed my son to help me fold, stick to surface evenly and peel away the paper backing. Otherwise, I found it to be a great DIY project.
