We had a problem at our church with people tripping over concrete bumpers placed at the handicapped parking spaces to keep drivers from parking on the tiled entrance walkway. These stanchions and chain installed at the bumpers draw attention to the tripping hazard without creating another problem for the drivers or the snow removal crew. They did get blown around in the high winds of the first storm until the bases were filled with pea stones, as suggested. They arrived in time for the Christmas services as promised.
