Q: Will it hold a Mosin nagant?

Yes, I have the ArchAngel stock and a Howling Raven muzzle break on my Mosin with standard 28" barrel and it JUST barely fits in the case at an angle. Also have a Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32 Scout Scope.

Q: Do they sell replacement latches ?

Unknown, but velcro works fine. Good case, but 3" too long for my trunk, so I got a take-down rig.

Q: How well will a 1964 yugoslavian sks with grenade launcher spigot ( minus the grenade launcher) fit in this case?

It should. Measure the length of the rifle, butt to the end of the launcher. If it is about 50 inches or less it should fit. It fits a 47 inch long M17 Enfield with a little extra space to spare.
