I've been using this product for 10+ years at this point, and I'll be using it for another 10 at least! I have long, thick, poofy hair, so I need a good straightener. I use this a couple times a week. My hair has gotten so big that I have to pair this with a tourmaline flat iron, but neither is great without the other. This is always the one I use after i wash it. So if you're looking for a singular flat iron, this may not be it, but if you're looking for a good smoother or something small to get your little hairs and straighten smaller pieces, this will be perfect. Also the less/thinner/shorter the better but I love it regardless :)
