The rake works awesome, but be sure to get the wider head rack, it covers more area as to the narrow head rake. I use mine on a high roof to clean off pine needles.

I Like the pole, extension length and toggle stops. It worked fine the first time I used it for cleaning debris from my roof valleys. But the end for attaching implements is far too fragile for the use. The second time I went to use it, it toppled over from leaning against the house. When it hit the ground the rake end popped of taking the aluminum nipple used for attaching tools, with it. The pole was not even extended. The threaded aluminum Nipple sheared off, making the whole assembly USELESS.The original rating was two stars, raising it because the company replaced it and it has lasted years since.

It’s a little heavier when fully extended 30+ feet, but that’s also what makes the device stronger & sturdier to last.

Have a flat roof screened in porch that I use this to keep debris off the roof. Easy to use and very versatile with all the optional accessories. Love it so far.

Using to rake leaves off a single story roof was useless as the tines are in line with pole body. You would need to be above the leaves for it to work. I will either bend the tines down a couple inches or get a different head. So disappointed, makes me think no-one had used it from the ground.

This felt cheap...plastic threaded connections would not tighten down so rake kept moving while trying to rake roof. It was so unwieldy that even with another person helping to hold the pole it was hard to control when extended. Rake tine bent after one use and then it really disnt even work to get hardly any leaves down from roof valley. Total waste of time and money and will be returning.

It works ok it’s a little heavy when extended out. It could have been made liter.

Well constructed and sturdy. Came with a feather duster, which was unexpected and a plastic swivel to change the angle of the head. They state the swivel is not intended for use with the rake since it is plastic. To stand on the ground and remove debris from a flat part of the roof the long straight pole is not very effective and requires the use of the swivel to do the job. They should have for purchase a metal swivel and it would be perfect.
