How long is the cord?

The KP303 extension cord is 3 feet long. Has 3 outlets and 2 USB outputs. The outlets have a total of 15 Amp / 1875 Watts at 120 volts. The 2 USB outputs are rated at 5 Volts 2.4 Amp total output. I hope this information helps you.

Is there a led light always on? Is it possible to turn off all lights?

There is a LED light next to each outlet that will be on if the outlet is powered on. Is it possible to turn off the LED lights through the Kasa app; there is a toggle icon for the LED status.

Can the timers be password protected on kasa smart? (asking so i can use to turn off teenager’s electronics at night)

Would be better you use a router or mesh WiFi system that allows you to shut off the internet at a scheduled time. I personally use Google mesh WiFi. You can select specific devices to cut the WiFi to and schedule a time (I have mine recurring each week Sunday thru Thursday nights). If you child's devices do not depend on the internet to function, you will just need to physically remove them from their space.

How do I switch to different network in my home?

I think you have to remove the plugs from the Kasa app, which will effectively reset the whole strip. Then you can proceed to add the strip from the app and select the new WiFi network.
