I love this chair! Was hesitant to buy due to the price being a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I work from home and have terrible posture from sitting at my desk all day, so I needed something that would be conducive to helping me sit up properly. I put the chair together myself, it was heavy but overall pretty easy to do. The tools provided worked great and the directions were clear. Aesthetically, it’s a lovely neutral color and everyone who has seen it so far has complimented me and on how nice it is and how comfortable it looks — Indeed it’s a very expensive looking chair. The first time I sat on it I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it….maybe something about the lumbar support seeming to protrude too much? At any rate, I gave it a couple of days and I absolutely LOVE it. I can already feel my posture improving, no backaches and I’m perfectly comfortable all day long. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and couldn’t be happier. It seems to be very well made, so I’m confident it will last a very long time and be worth the price. I HIGHLY recommend this chair!

It was easy to put together. Material feels durable. Only downside is that it doesn't tilt lock and the arm rest height isn't adjustable (though it can be folded up). I'm 4'11" and the back is the perfect height for me with great neck and lumbar support. My feet kinda dangle but I use a foot rest so it's not a big deal. My boyfriend who's 5'10" says it's comfy but the back could be taller.

Beautiful, comfortable, very supportive desk chair! Took less that an hour for me to put it together. Only one screw just wouldn't tighten all the way but the cover for it will hold it in place.

I had the older model of this chair for four years. The chair become squeaky, the seat was deflating, one of the arms was loose, and my cat scratched it to pieces but let me be clear - I could not live without that chair. I was so sad to search my order history and find out that Amazon no longer made that chair but was very excited when I discovered they actually changed their name and had an improved model. Let me also say that this cream color is a gorgeous color in person and it goes well in my living room and matches my desk aesthics. The cream color allows it to blend in with everything around it while giving it a classy look. I can't say if it's easy to assemble because my husband assembled it not me, but he didn't complain or get frustrated so must not be too bad. The chair is very comfortable to sit in all day. I work from home and then use my computer in the evenings as well so I'm in this chair sometimes 12 hours a day. My computer set up is in the living room so my chair is accessible to guests and they run to sit in my chair when they come in the house instead of sitting on the sofa. I did have a bit of a break in period but that could just be because I was so used to my old chair that I needed to adjust to it. I'm a plus size gal - coming in at a size 18 - and it's so wide that I have no trouble fitting into this chair. There is plenty of room on the sides of me. The arms move up and down which one of my favorite features. My only complaint is that I wish the chair would go higher than it does. I'm 5'7" and sometimes I want to sit higher but I'm maxed out. Seems odd so maybe the problem is user error.

The chair alone is nice and comfortable. However, the chair does not go as high as needed. It sits lower than other chairs. My standup desk at its lowest point does not work well with the chair at the highest seating setting. Very uncomfortable. Not ergonomically correct at all.

I would have done 4-1/2 stars only because the arm rests are a bit wide and I only wish the pads were adjustable to be closer to my body. Apart from my only criticism above, the chair exceeds expectations in all other aspects. It's base is a solid piece of cast aluminum, so it doesn't have that cheap "rattle" that other chairs have. It's super comfortable and it's wide enough that I can easily sit with one or both legs tucked under me. I'm 6'1" and 200lbs and I feel completely secure in the chair. I was worried the bonded leather (one step up from PU) would run a bit on the hot side after sitting in it for a while, but that's not the case. It is warmer than a mesh chair but not like some other chairs, I don't sweat while I'm sitting in it. The tension in the rocking mechanism is PERFECT right out of the box (for me anyway). I don't feel like I'm going to fly backward when I lean back, there's good resistance. The lumbar support is a little weird at first, but the fact that moves with you is super nice. I was a little disappointed that it's NOT adjustable, but it hasn't been an issue. It provides just enough support and tilts to your back however you sit (the marketing that refers to it as "3D" doesn't make that part clear). I did put roller blade style wheels on it and it's definitely and upgrade I would recommend especially if you are on a carpet/rug. I've had it for a couple weeks and I still find myself saying "Ahhh" when I sit back down in it.

Great chair, good price easy to put together and comfy. Bought for my home office. Only thing that’s not great are the wheels so I upgraded them to roller blade style wheels. With better wheels it would be a 5 star chair.
