This is a terrible warmer. Not sure how it has so many good reviews. Maybe coupons or free items offered for 5 star reviews? Not sure, but the rating definitely does not reflect the product.The display has two temperature read outs. Both are absolutely meaningless. The left temp is the setting that can be changed. I have no idea what this number actually controls. If I set it to 100, the water temp will increase far beyond that. I have measured the actual water temp with a thermometer around 125 degrees when the setting is at 100.The temp on the right is supposed to be actual water temp. Again, this value means nothing because it is incorrect. The display can read 100 making you think the water temp is 100, but when measured it reads around 120.Obviously if the bottle is left in 120 degree water it will heat up to 120 which is too hot. So in fact this warmer can over heat the bottle.I have reached out to the company for an answer for these issues, but no response. Don’t buy this warmer. There are far better options available.

The screen was showing E1 on our very first time using it. We reached out to support and did get quick response back but were told E1 was an error that meant we would need to ship the item back. We will be returning the item and purchasing a different product that will hopefully be more reliable. They did offer a free exchange but were also unwilling to offer a full refund until we mentioned that we would be leaving a bad review. I suggest you look elsewhere!

We received this on our baby registry for our twins that were born this past January. With the onset of COVID and the inability to have family and help in the house, we've gotten by by relying on a few necessary items. Prior to getting around to getting this out of the gift pile, we were warming bottles in the sink under warm water which led to varying times and temperatures. Once we began using this warmer, it was such a load off. We put the bottles in about 20 minutes before they're expected to be used, and they're the perfect temperature when our little ones are ready. It's easy to clean and sterilize. We'll be looking forward to using this as our little ones transition into more solid food too.

Was great until it broke after only 3 months. Called for support, no answer. Went to email for support, 404 error page. Would not buy again as there is no customer support for faulty products. I understand some products in a batch will have issues, but customer service must exist to resolve the issue.

A microwave works wonders when warming up a bottle. We got this as a gift when we had our son and used it mainly for sterilizing the bottles after we washed them. We always use filtered water to reduce mildew and calcium build up. After a month of use the thing stopped working. It would go into safety mode after a minute and shut off, barely warming up the bottles and not sanitizing them at all. I would not recommend this item to anyone. It is a cheap brand that gets good reviews because it pays for them.

I actually bought this to heat milk for my coffee. I use to boil my milk and have to stand over the stove until it was ready. Now I can just push the button and walk away. By the time I'm ready for work - so is my milk. It has a timer you can set to how long you want it to heat and it has instructions on the back so you don't need to worry about having the direction for timing the different amounts you are heating.I would suggest this to all Mom's for their baby bottles and coffee drinkers that want warm milk for their coffee 😊☕️🍼

Although the warmer does heat milk quickly, mine has died after 3 weeks. First it stopped reaching the target temperature, then it would turn off after a few seconds of being plugged in. Now it no longer turns on at all. It did it’s job when it worked but it lasted no time. I will be switching to a different brand.

The bottle warmer is very easy to use and works great. The heating process is quick and I love the delay function so that I can heat the bottle in advance for the next feeding, especially mid night feeds. Love this multi-function bottle warmer!
