Has anybody purchased any differant cones to the ones supplied with this item these cones stink like burning paper no scent at all...

Totally agree the ones that come with it smell of nothing I described it burning wood, I bought some from a local incense shop and threw the supplied ones away, they are available about a £5 a box

How long do the cones burn for?

Not very long less than 10 minutes

Can anyone recommend any backflow cones they have bought that actually smell good?

Lots to choose from just read the good reviews on Amazon

Does this come in a box

Useless. We tried looking at the video how it operates but when we tried it , it didn't fall the same way,its abit of a waste of time it takes too long to even start working .. I'm not happy Couldn't return it because I bought it for a friend for Christmas 2021 she has left the country...disappointed when she told me it still wasn't working at shown in the video..
