Benefit Cosmetics Magic Ink Liquid Eyeliner Jet Black

I use to use this product for years, but they just discontinued it. I found it here and was super excited i got the last one. But this was not the same eyeliner i use to use. the liquid was completely different, or it was super super old. Never buying from this seller again.

I liked prestige but somehow couldn't find it, so I tried the Elf stuff that is $1 from target, and, well you get what you pay for. The line would be too thick, the pigment was like watercolor. Ew. I tried my sister's and loved it and since I can buy it prime for 12.99, and I would pay twenty as a benefit counter, I plucked it from my own wishlist.

Love this and it is hard to find. The best eye liner on the market, if you ask me!

When I received this eye liner it was dried out and the brush was hard. I would definitely recommend NOT ordering this.

The jet black color makes my green eyes pop, and the brush makes a gorgeous wing!It should be considered, though, that someone who does not have much experience with liquid eyeliner might have trouble with this, as it is a physical brush dipped into liquid liner rather than one of those pre-filled sponge brushes.The only negative thing about this liner (which is why I am giving it four stars), is that it goes on very wet, and can sometimes smudge. As ridiculous as this sounds, I often use a blowdryer to my face (yes, I blowdry my face) to speed up the process; otherwise, when I am traveling, I just wait for it to dry. Once it's dry, it's an amazing product. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to find a replacement for my current liquid eyeliner & saw good reviews for this product. Good thing I tested it at home before using it for a regular day! Liner didn't even last half a day. I have oily eyelids & the liner I use now won't budge even after all day wear & no primer. I liked the brush & how the product applied to my lids but after about 5 hours, it was smearing & flaking off. I thought maybe it was because I needed to apply primer so I tried again on one eye. Unfortunately I cannot determine whether it made a difference or not because I then discovered it was not waterproof. So any bit of rain or water near your face, expect to have some black eyes after. For those people without oily eyelids & have no need for a waterproof product, then this may work for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Takes forever to dry and so it smears and spots. Once dry, it fades quickly. It's pretty darn expensive, too. ELF waterproof eyeliner pen is better and a whale of a lot cheaper. $2.00 at the Eyes Lips Face site! Two dollars! It doesn't last forever, but then, what does?

I buy a lot of my make-up from the benefit store and i've never been disappointed. Eyeliner is something that i wear everyday so its important that it works well, this one certainly does!i couldnt ask for anymore of a product!It doesnt take long to try so it doesnt print onto my eyelid, this eyeliner lasts as long as i need it to and doesn't smudge easily. Another fantastic benefit product.

I expected more from benefit makeup. It was watery, even though I shook the bottle, very disappointed
