ASICS Men's GT-2000 8 Knit Running Shoes

Love these shoes! And if you use sof sole-well the fit and feel is great! I hike about 5 miles 4-5 times a week in these. Jog 1-2 miles sporadically here and there. Good neutral sneaker. They last me about 4-5 months before the sole is flat in front.

I've been wearing ASICS GT 2000 series for years now, and have never been disappointed. This series (Series 8) is an excellent shoe for running, walking, and for knocking about town or on a casual date. Each new series they come out with has very slight modifications, but overall everyone of them has always fit me very well and given extremely good comfort. I usually buy two pair and use one for exercise, the other for daily wear. You can't go wrong with ASICS.

I’ve been wearing ASICS for 12+ years. Have purchased gs2000 because they are a 5-Star Performer. I am now up to the gs2000-8. They have changed slightly over the years and I’m really smitten with the comfort and colors of this latest purchase. I have an extra bone in each foot and these feel like I’m walking on air. I run 3 times a week on the treadmill plus a full workout of an hour plus. Super comfortable and the support is perfect … I also play golf in my ASICS. I have never had any foot or back issues since wearing ASICS and I’m 85!

I'm in the over 55 crowd and this is a very comfortable walking shoe. I'm not a runner so I cannot comment on that. It has good lift and cushion especially in the sole of the foot. It does not have as much arch support as others but it is sufficient even for me and I do require a little more than the average person. I have a narrow foot and this shoe fits snug. If you're foot is slightly wider you will definitely need to get a wider size. Great price too.

Been an Asics person for many many years. I am aging, and have had a few knee surgeries, and a multitude of back and ankle injuries. I was perviously wearing the Gel Kayano's - which are great shoes. But when I switched over to the GT-2000's with the additional cushing and my pronation- I couldn't be happier.Normally I would need a solid day recovery (for my knees and back) after running; these are very supportive without being overly cushin-ey. I am now running every day with no issues (short 3-5 mile runs).If you have had knee and ankle issues in the past - I would take a closer look at these shoes. Pay attention to how you pronate. I am a over pronator (wear on my shoes typically comes from the outside edge of my heel).Oh and not too mention - they look cool also- which is really what matters the most. ;)

I have gone through six pairs of this exact shoe model. I love them. They fit well and perform very well for the price point. I will definitely consider ordering them again.

Very high on ASICS. Mine have 0 wear and I run 3-4 days a week indoors. Love the lightweight. If I could recommend because I sold shoes many years is if you feel discomfort, replace the foam insole with a gel or a better quality. The sole itself is great.

We bought these for my husband who often has problems with his feet and ankles. He specifically wears them to play pickleball and so far they are performing well. He indicates that they are comfortable and supportive with plenty of cushion. Perfect fit. Very good value for the money.

These are the bees knees, too nice to run in!

The shoes are already old models but good Asics quality that's why many of my friends who are athletes recommend the brand.
