Had a one handle kitchen faucet, hated it. I live in apartment too, so I asked my Landlord if I buy the faucet, would you put it in with no charge. I needed a faucet that I had to put a water filter too also. This was perfect with no problems. Two handles is better for me, now the hot and cold hoses do not come with. The price is perfect for me, how long will it last, its not a heavy quality product. If you have heavy handed people using the sink all the time you might look for something heavier. Far as looks its attractive, looks very nice in the kitchen.

I ordered this yesterday. Delivered today.I had the old faucet out before new arrived.Took me less than 10 minutes to install.Seems well made considering the price.Kitchen faucet for our vintage motorhome.Very happy with this product.

The faucet was easy to install. I did it in like 10 mins but only because the old one was difficult to get off. The only thing I did not like was the spacers were too thick I couldn't tighten the faucet down to the sink tight enough and it wiggled. I solved the issue by just buying a couple of rubber washers. Works excellent,

RV faucet broke off, easy replacement even seems a little better than the original we will see.

This is an update. I originally ordered this in February it is now October and it has fallen apart. First I lost water pressure then the faucet kept dripping , then I tried to tighten down the handle so it would stop dripping and the cheap plastic Fasteners broke and Water started shooting everywhere. After I got the water turned off and the flood cleaned up I went straight to a plumbing store and bought a good quality American Standard product for which I probably spent $115 but it will last the rest of my life. I highly advise that you do not buy this product. It is really just plastic junk. I should have returned it when I first opened the box but I took a chance on it and learned a good lesson. Stick with American Standard . It's affordable and it's a better product . This cheap one well It looks really pretty oh, I like the style is very attractive. It seems functional. The thing is it feels like cheap plastic. The Arc neck is wobbly and flimsy feeling and the whole thing feels like if you're not very gentle it will just break and fall off. Very disappointed in this poor quality. It says it is made from stainless steel and Brass but this is not any kind of metal! This is just another cheap plastic design. I would not recommend this product. Do yourself a favor and spend more and get something better.

Parts were not parts for installation of this faucet. They can be fixed to work, but will take much more time for installation of the fixture.

Took less than 5 minutes after removing our old, fancy pull-down spray faucet. This simple faucet is SO much better. The aerator is simple to remove and clear of deposits in our grainy hard water. The polished nickel matches our other appliances and old, in-counter soap dispenser.
