I've had ADHD since always, and while medications alleviate most of my memory, focus, and clarity, they come with a whole spectrum of negative side effects that impact my life too greatly including irritability, fixation, racing heart, sweats, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, and fogginess. It's too early to tell what kind of long-term help it will give but for anyone who goes through the same struggles, having ANY option that's helpful and not a stimulant is so worth it. 10 out of 10 recommend trying!

I have been having a hard time staying focus on my work during quarantine and I have a habit of forgetting small things. I decided to give this a try but couldn't believe how well they are able to give the energy I need to tackle my duties. I take these in the morning and don't even need my morning coffee. I'm able to remember small details better and don't have to rely as much of setting myself reminders. Sometimes I also get a bit anxious and have trouble staying focus but this this, I've been feeling a little less anxious and able to focus a lot better. Overall, great product!

While I feel like I typically have good focus and concentration, I think using this product over the past month has helped me even more. I have good clarity and focus in my workouts and tasks at hand afterward. I would recommend it to anyone struggling with focus of tasks and needing a little extra "help". It is safe and I felt no side effects or issues. I am not sure how much this has helped with my sleep but I am recording a deeper sleep over the past month too. I do take the pill in the AM though.

Very impressed with this supplement.As with any supplement I went in skeptical,as everyone knows the supplement market is hit and miss at times.But I have to say this is a really good one!I feel more alert and aware while using this product,feels like my brain is working better than it has in a long time.The main thing I've noticed,and also what I hoped it would help is my memory.I tend to be very forgetful,but since I started taking this I've noticed that hasn't been an issue.I highly recommend this product,it has helped me tremendously.Even my boss has noticed the difference Definitely worth a shot if you need a mental boost!

Worked well, improved mood and focus but then when I stopped everything was worse than when i started. Seems to have addictive qualities.

I recently added this to my vitamin regimen and I’m glad I did. In terms of the pills themselves, they’re not crazy big, so it’s easy to swallow. There’s also no taste to them, which is great. The ingredients are definitely good for you, which I love. I’ve been taking these along with the Adrenal Support pills from Nutra Temple to help deal with anxiety and inability to focus during work. I can definitely say the combo of the two has helped me keep on task at work during this very stressful time. I definitely recommend this product, and at its price point you can’t beat it.

Due to the pandemic situation, the last few months were quite challenging for me. I have a small business and it went down. I had panic attacks everyday and I found myself very anxious in basic situations like talking with my neighbours or spending time with my family. I tried to restore my business but, I was feeling unmotivated and unfocused, beside of anxiety episodes. HOWEVER, I decided to give this supplement a chance! And guess what! It made wonders! I haven't had this much energy in so long. I am now able to actually knock out tasks when I set out to do them and my business is back on. The results we’re surprising and so fasttttt. Definitely this is a product I will continue to use.

I have been using this product for a couple weeks now. I take them in the morning with the rest of my vitamins and so I can get a nice pick me up to get me started for my day. I’ve definitely noticed at work that it is so much easier to focus in on a task instead of getting sidetracked constantly. I feel level headed, not foggy (because sometimes my nighttime meds make me feel groggy waking up), and just overall in a better mood. Not to mention for the price!!! I’ll definitely be purchasing again when I run out :)
