I first learned about Barleans Olive Leaf Extract years ago shopping in a health food store. All the employees took it since they dealt with customers during flu season and it was great for the immune system. I haven’t had the flu in decades and it also helps regulate blood pressure. I don’t have high blood pressure even though my genetics point in that direction. Whether it’s due to this supplement I don’t know. It’s been in my supplement arsenal for years and it will continue to be. I also use Barleans Flax Oil.

This is a very good source of antioxidants for the immune system.. Olive leaf has many benefits.

Can't beat the price! I paid almost $40 at my local health food store. Will definately be purchasing here again. This stuff really works. I do not take it on a regular basis only when I feel a cold coming on or feeling run down. It shortens the life of a cold if not heads it off at the pass altogether if you catch it early...works everytime i use it. A great immunity booster. Recommended by my homiopathic doctor.

I use this Olive Leaf Complex for multiple reasons. You just have to watch it to get a decent price. Sometimes it gets too expensive, then I stop buying it for a while. I don't want to give people medical recommendations, but do your research. This is great stuff and I have found that I like everything about this brand except for what the gel cap is made from. I recommend this to everyone that I know.

The Soft Gels were fine, but I prefer the liquid which works really well.
