I love that this gave me just more real pain relief than all the really expensive ones I've used--including one I was fitted for that cost a fortune. I was barely functioning because I couldn't sit OR stand without pain due to sciatica and a herniated disk. This brace got me back on my feet and able to work at my desk as well. Fit perfectly, doesn't show under my clothes--save yourself some money and just go with this one.

The best aspects of the strap are the comfort, support and flexibility. However, it can take me 2-3 minutes to put on and secure it properly. The straps get caught every single time when placing around the body. I use it every day except on Sunday. So far over 2-3 weeks, it has been a good purchase. I specifically use it for lower back support while on a stationary bike and rowing machine. I do not use traditional weights (anymore). I like it over my shirt not directly on my skin. I'm 6'1, 228 pounds and it does not bunch up on me. I do not use the lower back insert that it comes with. Maybe I should, time will tell.

Great support for my back with T11 compression fracture

The brace was delivered on time and, at first glance seems to be good quality. I haven’t used it yet, but the first time I put it on it seemed pretty user friendly and fits comfortably.

Overall, it took 11 days from order to arrival for an in-stock item from a U.S.-based seller. (Went almost a week between tracking updates from UPS). When it arrived, the outer package had been opened and re-taped shut. The product inside was filthy, as pictured. After cleaning it up, the product is as expected: a back brace. It's fairly comfortable for short periods, and offers good support. I like the adjustable, removable lumbar support.

I sustained several spinal cord injuries and herniated LV-4-5 and S-1 and S-2 including neck injuries. Case in point I'm constantly in pain. Over the last 6 years I've tried all sorts of back braces. Sadly all have not worked. They sag, velcro wears out, metal plating doesn't hold up, bends, or creates moisture from sweating etc. Walking or doing simple things around the house, light yard work was unbearable and within 2 hours time my back was on fire forcing me to sit down and pop pain medication. This brace is the real deal! light weight, easily concealed, no trashcan fit around the waste. No rigidity, no ridding up or slouching. It stays in place and is extremely comfortable and inexpensive. Since my purchase I can walk gingerly for 4 to 5 hours without discomfort. Prior it was 2 hours max. It takes a beating and keep on ticking. Not surprising its an Ace. Don't let the simplicity of its design fool you. It simply works. No Bs .
