Bob's Red Mill Spelt Flour, 22oz (Pack of 4) - Whole Grain, Vegan, Kosher

Bob's is the best brand for spelt flour. Tastes good in bread.

Bob's Red Mill is a high quality brand and I'm happy to find Spelt Flour so I don't have to grind my own.

This product is excellent for all your flour needs and it's healthier for you too. I haven't used white flour for over 15 years since I started using this. I highly recommend you try it, you will love it.

I'm not allowed to have wheat it does something to my body so I bought this spelt flour and it was super delicious, I made spelt bread in my bread machine and turned out fantastic.

I really like the flavor of the bread that I made. It is loaded with flavor and it makes a dense bread.

I've ordered this item twice. The first time I got 4 24 ounce packages. This time it was advertised as 4 24 ounce packages as before but I recieved 4 22 ounce packages. I was disappointed but will keep them. It's not that easy to get spelt flour and i love cooking with it. It makes the most wonderful bread and cookies. Bob's Red Mill produces a quality product.

I've no evidence to back this up, but I would encourage people with gluten intolerance to bake a loaf bread using this flour, Bob's Red Mill active yeast, Water, Salt and that's it. I wouldn't be surprised if you find out you aren't reacting to gluten, but one of the other one dozen ingredients they put in pre sliced bread to keep it fresh. It also tastes better. Give it a try and please let me know :)
