where is this made/manufactured? thank you

Mine was just delivered. I paid the higher price for this one because 1. The name Kit King USA plus the higher price and nice writeup on the tool fooled me into thinking they were made in the USA and 2. It looked like it came with, at minimum, a nice yellow plastic tray. Maybe a lid too. I cannot find any marking saying where the tool was made. There is no nice yellow plastic tray. Just a cheap clear plastic packing tray in a cardboard box. No place in the cheap tray to hold the included pick tool either

Can i use this to install the u cup seal on the piston as well ?

Unfortunately no, this tool is only for the rod seal. To install a u cup over a piston, just stretch it over using your thumbs or a screwdriver as a lever if needed. The ucup material has good memory characteristics so it will snap back to its original shape quickly without damage.
