Was very optimistic if this would work as a jump starter. So I charged it up using the cables supplied but no wall charger you can use any USB charger I used an iPhone charger. It took about 5 hours to fully charge. So will it work? I went to my mothers as she never uses her car and the battery was totally flat, (2004 Volvo 1.6) had to unlock the doors using the key. I popped the bonnet connected the unit let it sit for 5 seconds it started clicking and showed 13.4 volts on the display screen. I then proceeded to the drivers side and turned the key......waiting in anticipation to see what happened. And WOW First turn cranked and fired straight up, from completely dead. I would never believe a small unit like this would do the job, it's so good I'm going to get some as gifts for family members. I'm not sure how many vehicles this will start but after using it, the units battery is still showing fully charged. Thumbs up from me. So yes it is definitely a jump starter pack and yes it works instantly. I can highly recommend it and after two weeks sitting it's still fully charged. And it's definitely a lot faster than using conventional jump leads.

The product is great and super easy to use! It comes with a nice case and a few cables/adapters. It gets to a full charge quite quickly, which is great if you use it often and need it as a power bank. I bought it as my car sat with no use for quite some time (due to the coronavirus situation) and the battery was dead - which is the perfect opportunity to use the device. It’s fairly small in size and is a great thing to keep in the car in case of a need.

Great little compact car jump battery. I used it to jump start my car and it works perfectly.Word of warning. Its rubbish at charging electronics. I plugged my ipad into it and it was empty after charging my ipad to 60%. It drains it super quick. So if you're planning to use it to start your car, Don’t attempt charge your phone with it beforehand. If you need to use it as an emergency phone charger though instead of a jump starter. It’ll do you a treat.A great item, just learn how to use it effectively.

My BMW 1 series 2l has been sat in the driveway, much like most cars out there during this unfortunate time. It is an automatic, so I had no option to push start the car. Owned no jump leads, nor a neighbour who could help and my breakdown cover had long expired. Before forking out to join the AA or RAC, I decided to give this a go. It arrived quickly, packed conviniently in its own carry-case, charger up promptly with the supplied cable. I took it out to my car and followed the very simple instructiona provided, carrying a heap of skepticism over to the ignition button. Pressed it. Engine started. Had it not been carrying a current I'd have kissed this little thing.Totally worth the money and an essential piece of equipment to have in your car.

This was bought for emergencies and it doesn't work for that. 1) it doesn't hold it's charge, and 2) when I actually did need it, it didn't work. I contacted customer services and they said it was out of warranty but it is an emergency item, it should work 5 years after purchase no issue. DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT OR SELLER.

Very satisfied with this product. Instructions are easy to follow. My battery was registering only 4 volts. Not enough to even illuminate the dash. Hooked the jump leads up to the battery and it fired up first time, unlaboured. Does what it says on the box. You even get a few extra cables and leads thrown in as well. This is a must have over the winter months. Highly recommended!

Haven’t driven my car in ages due to lockdown, but this came charged and my car was back up and running within 30 second - 2.0L petrol! Also has the ability to charge usb items with the cable, could come in useful for future camping trips!

Being ‘shielding’ at home, the car ( Astra diesel) has sat outside since lockdown began. Unfortunately I had left the internal security cameras switched on and consequently it had, over time, flattened the battery to the point that it didn't have enough power to release the central locking and needed to manually open the doors.Connected this little gadget as per instructions provided and it started first time!Also like how it can be used for other devices with the supplied multi purpose USB cable, which, btw, is also how you charge the pack itself. Have recharged this only four times so far. Using it to power wifi dongle and recharge iphone/ ipads etc, so really can’t rate the “longevity” aspect but it seems to be ok so far hence the ‘not rated’ rating for that section.

UPDATE: Arteck reached out to me and offerred to send me a free replacement under their warranty.The new unit was sent via Amazon Prime and works perfectly. Excellent customer support.-----------When I plug the alligator cables into the pack, I get a rotating rectangle on the LCD screen. But it won't jump start my motorcycle and that screen never changes. If I user jumper cables from my truck, the motorcycle engine starts right up. I'm not sure what's wrong.

セールにて購入 届いた品に不具合があり 問合せした所 直ぐに対応してくれました。代替品は問題なく使えてます。試しにバッテリーの上がってる車に繋いで試しました(軽自動車)問題なく掛かりました。メーカーのサポートは完璧でした。

I wish i could give a long term review but my initial uses were great enough to buy one for each car. I tested the "up to 2.5L" four cylinder on a 6 cylinder 2.5L with success. The battery wasn't fuply dead at the time but wouldnt start either. I bought a larger one for it eventually.Simple to use, seems to keep its charge well. I was checking/recharging every month but now I'll do every 2-3 months.

最近車に乗る機会が少なくなり駐車場も家から離れた場所の為、一応JAFにも加盟していますがもしもの時のことを考え購入しました。幸いまだこのジャンプスターターを使って実際にエンジン始動を行ったことはありませんが、これで緊急時のバッテリー上り対処が出来るかと思うと安心感があります。またこの商品はUSB端子を介してモバイルバッテリーとしても使えるようモバイルケーブルも付属しています。(端子は3種類　Micro USB Type-B（2.0）、USB Type-C、Lightning）尚、届いた直後に充電を行いましたがフル充電にはかなりの時間(3時間以上)がかかりました。しかし充電完了すると自動で充電終了するので安心です。(ジャンプスターターとしては未使用なので星4としました）

Works well. Once charged, my cell phone holds the charge for a long time. But, it is slow to charge. It takes time. Overall, I am pleased with the unit. A portable charger to take on my motorcycle trips that is as advertised and that I am satisfied with.
