I was wanting a longer down coat for really cold winter weather & this fits the bill nicely. It is a well-made, nice looking coat and a great value for its quality. It fits as expected. I usually wear about a 16 and I was torn between ordering an XL or 2XL, so I erred on the side of caution and went with the larger size. I'm broad shouldered & large busted & it fits well in those areas. I think the XL would be a bit too snug through the shoulders. The waist is a little too large. The coat tapers in at the waist just ever so slightly, so an XL would have fit better through the waist on me. I was mistaken in thinking this coat had an inner bungee cord at the waist so it could be snugged up to fit better, but it does not. But I would rather have it a bit too large to accommodate thicker clothing underneath. I had read some of the reviews about the hood being very large & it is for sure! It can cover my entire face which I suppose is good if you're out in a blizzard! It's not a deal-breaker for me - I may have to add a button or something on the top to keep the hood from flopping forward too far. Of course, now that I have this nice warm coat our weather has warmed up in the 50's & I haven't been able to wear it to see just how warm it is. Overall, a very nice coat at a very reasonable price.

I don’t like that the na y color is not as nice as it appears in the picture. Also, not a plus that the fur on the (huge) hood is not detachable.On the plus side, the coat is comfortable and is warm.

Overall, this is a great coat but there are a few things to improve for it to be even better. I chose to size up after reading others reviews about fit in arms and shoulders. The downside to that is now the arms are a bit too long and not overly roomy. It’s really warm and waterproof, which I love. The major con for me with this jacket is the down smell. Their product description goes on and on about their cleaning process for the down and feathers but it still smelled like a cheap IKEA feather pillow. I can’t seem to get the smell out because the coat is also waterproof. Warm long jacket fits a tall person.

This coat has held up well, looks great still and is super warm, but the inside lining by the arm cuffs is now completely ripped on both arms at the seams and the cuff. This is disappointing as this is not easy or possible to repair due to the multiple tears. Not sure if this could be prevented with normal wear and tear and not sure this coat will last much longer.

This coat runs small so order the next size up I ordered my usual 2x and just barely zip and snap closed. But it was pretty warm during the unusually cold winters we're having down south. The hood is so big it covers my eyes though, and I can't see where I'm going!

The coat is lovely...feels very cosy and the material makes it feel quality....however i jad to return it as it was far too big..i am usually a size 14 uk 5ft 5 inch...so actually bought a size large and extra large going on previous reviews..but for me both coats were hugh...but because they were so well made and stylish i will be ordering a small and a medium to see the best fit..

This coat hasn’t lasted. I’ve worn it on and off throughout lockdown and the zipper broke along with discolouring.. I was trying to ask for a return but there’s nothing on here for me to do that with.

Great coat and great colour. Feels snug and good quality until you need to put the hood up!It’s covers my head and all of my face with no cord to adjust it. Really disappointed and can’t understand why it was designed in such a way.Spending money on other areas would be far more appreciated. I have a XL size but despair at the stupidity of designers who do not realise curvy ladies do not have bigger heads than slim ladies!We don’t need massive hoods just because we order larger sizes.Others must agree. Saying that I love the coat and from the neck down it’s perfect!After paying over 100 pounds on a coat I do not expect to have to hold the hood in place in the wind and rain just because it is too big and covers my whole face when up.I wore it a few times before realising this unfortunate design so too late to return.Be warned!
