Q: what is the length for size 34? is it fit for somebody who is 5 feet 11?

I would stay well clear of this item... i am 32" waist and there are too tight for me, to short for me and just built for a child size .. in fact my 9 year old boy fits in them, with only an up turn in the legs as they are too long for him.. ridiculous item/size's
