Love em
I bought these to help with spurs in my heels. So, I put them in my cross trainer shoes mostly for an eight hour day at work, sometimes, gym. Surprisingly, I can attest they work. I have no pain walking, and it does not move within the shoe. I love the functionality, ease of use and fit, and pain relief it provides. I would recommend and purchase again.

Helps arches
I have flat feet and pronation and spend hundreds of dollars on the medical insoles. These work better and are more comfortable. They fit easily when other insoles are removed. I don’t have leg pain and I think it is helping my arches when I don’t have shoes on. I like them so much, I bought another pair. Highly recommend!

Great for Shin Splints, Short Lifespan for Sports
The inserts worked quite well for mitigating shin splints, but only lasted 3 months before breaking down. I play ultimate frisbee, and the intense sprints with sharp cutting angles was causing a lot of pain, especially as my orthotics from a running clinic wore out. I decided to give these a try and they worked quite well, but the outsides of either insole have sort of mushed away and are now quite uncomfortable to run in after a mere 3 months! I do have a narrow foot, but I still found they fit quite well initially, and were easy to slot into place if they scooted forward in my cleats. I’ll be buying more of these, given how well they work - maybe I just have unrealistic expectations for how long insoles should last for athletics! If you’re just using them for daily wear or doing running conditioning, I expect the lifespan would be much longer. They provide perfectly adequate arch support for shin splints without too much bulk, and are decently affordable.

Perfect for pes cavus + chronic ankle roller
I have very high arches. Looks graceful and all that, but the lack of support wrecks the tendon in the bottom of my foot and you can even hear it crack sometimes. It also means I roll my ankle the minute I step on unstable ground - which is *lovely* for someone who enjoys hikes and exploring. Rather than wasting my money on overpriced generically shaped gel inserts, I'm swearing by these. I hit a three-hour hike and my feet didn't hurt at all and no tendon popping. What's better was when I hit some rocks and my ankle started to roll - my foot corrected itself and came back down stable. No roll and it didn't happen again when I would normally have it happen 3-4 times. It felt a little bulky in shoes at first, but I quickly got used to it. Highly recommend.

Wide arch supports
These are firmer than they look, yet with some cush to them, but they are on the wide side. I couldn't use them as is in most of my shoes until I got wide tennis shoes. My chiropractor said to try trimming them, I haven't yet bc they have fit my next pair of court shoes. I don't wear them with dress shoes bc they wouldn't fit without serious trimming. I'd say they do seem to be holding up OK for about 6 months, which is better than I expected. I can't say they have reduced pain, but I wasn't usually having pain in my feet.

Great
Worked great for my husband who has flat feet. Unlike the blue RooRun’s, these have some flexibility to them, which is great if you’re not accustomed to wearing arch supports yet. So for beginners these will be better. I prefer their blue ones made for running which have no give/flexibility at all, look for those if you’re looking for something sturdy/heavy duty.

It gives great support
I have two pairs I'm going to buy another pair they're easy to put in your shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and almost flat feet. I just chipped my bone on my ankle the bone is still floating around. my foot swelled up I had to put a boot on coming off the boot I put insoles in my shoes and it really helps the swelling is starting to go down and it gives such great support on your feet love them even my foot doctor said these would be good inside your shoes he said of course get good shoes then put them inside. Now I always buy a brand new pair of shoes and I always take the insoles with me and put them inside my shoe to make sure everything fits good.

Best product for my flat feet
I've had flat feet all my life and as I've gotten older it's starting to wear on my ageing body (lol). I started developing achilles tendinitis and sciatica in my right foot/leg. During the pandemic I became a power walker 5 days a week so it was annoying and painful. The compression sock helped but I don't think it should be worn all day. I started thinking about insoles (but refuse to pay the high price for orthotics) and tried a few, even Dr. Scholls products. I saw this product and thought I'd give it a try. This is the best product that has relieved my problems immediately! I loved it so much I bought another one. The high arch support really helps my flat foot so I don't over pronate and the padding on the insole helps balances things and makes it comfortable. I try to wear it in my slides but it tends to move. I wish they had this kind of insole for slippers!!! I highly recommend this product for flat feet. However, understand that every person's body reacts differently to products. I'm just sharing my own experience and hope that it will work as well for my fellow flat footers out there! Doesn't hurt to try!
