This is a much needed expansion for Marvel Legendary for the alternative shield officers alone. Includes shield faction heroes like Agent Coulson and Quake who pair up nicely with Nick Fury. Very thematic.

One of the best reviewed expansions out there for a reason. Adds special SHIELD officers, utilise the Undercover mechanic very well. Great art in general.

Of all the small expansions, this one has one of the coolest new rules with the clearance levels and adapting masterminds

It's a solid expansion to the base game, and it introduces a few interesting new mechanics. By far, the best addition it brings are the new SHIELD Officers, allowing you to recruit characters like Fitz & Simmons and Dum-Dum Dugan instead of the normal steady stream of Maria Hill clones. The new villain groups are good, and the Adapting Masterminds are an excellent concept. The new heroes are probably the weakest element, although it is nice to see Coulson, Quake, Mockingbird, and Deathlok added to the game. The utility of the new heroes is entirely dependent on the new SHIELD Level mechanic, meaning that you're going to need at least two SHIELD heroes in your Hero Deck for them to be of much use. If you already love the game, this will be a welcome addition.

This pack is great even just for the new officers to add in, and the masterminds are a fresh alternative.

I didn't have high hopes for this expansion but bought it anyway. So glad I did. It has great new game mechanics that work well not only in the expansion but with all Marvel Legendary cards. Mechanics are clear and easy to implement. Unlike some expansions, I never have to run to a rules book to figure out what the key words means.

Legendary: S.H.E.I.L.D is a MUST own expansion. It Fundamentally chances the Shield/Agent deck and makes it better and way more powerful. The set also comes with some cool heroes and villains (more Hydra!)!

This is one of the best small expansions for Legendary for the sole reason that it adds in special officers to spice up the Officer deck. All of the Shield heroes work excellently together or with previous ones like Nick Fury, Elsa Bloodstone and Rick Jones. Also transforming masterminds is one of the coolest mastermind gimmicks out there. Hope to see it return again soon!

I still am trying to get the hang of the new elements this expansion brings I love the charecters they are very cool the new elements of shield and hydra levels though I’m having trouble getting my head around but I think once I’ve got it I think it will bring a cool element to the game I love the agents of shield charecters though

Only 94 cards in the box, seemed to be missing some mastermind cards and several shield officer cards. Double checked and recounted and only 94 cards, box says 100. Upon looking on another site the cards missing are: 1 "Yo-Yo" Rodriguez, 1 G.W. Bridge, 1 Dum Dum Dugan, 1 HYDRA High Council (there is only 3 cards, should be 4), 2 HYDRA Super Adaptoid (there is only 2 cards, should be 4).Beyond the missing cards, the game is awesome.
