The difference between one size to the other is very off. I originally purchased this in XS based off my pre-pregnancy weight and it was very hard to put up through my hips or above my head but it did help flatten my stomach. I purchased a S because the XS was very hard to put on, but that one was a lot bigger and did not help flatten my stomach at all.
