Solid Kitchen Utensil Rack -- good looking and functional
Thought I would provide a bit more information than I was able to scour from existing reviews. You do get TWO racks to install, each about 16 inches long and NOT adjustable. But here's the trick -- each comes with 7 hooks that slide, via enclosed circles on the rack's rod -- but you can take off the ends and add more hooks from the second rack if you only need one. So that's what I did -- and now have 12 identical hooks on the same rack (and, obviously, I am not using the second rack). Each rack also comes with larger S hooks that you can simply hook on where and as needed -- so, for example, I am using those for our two oven mitts (see photo). People are right -- the installation is a bit finicky because it uses two small set screws at each end of the rack, and the set screw closest to the wall can only be turned by the supplied allen wrench a bit at a time before the handle hits the wall and you have to reset. Worth deducting maybe half a star, but I've kept at 5 stars. It would also have been nice if they had specified the needed drill bit size for the supplied anchors. I used 3/16ths because I was drilling into crumbly plaster -- but I think 1/4 would work too. About 20 minutes to install one rack, because you really want to measure carefully to set the two anchors the correct width apart (although there is a bit of play in how the rack seats on them, so there is probably a 1/4 inch tolerance). Bottom line -- looks good, works well and would buy again.

Great organizer for hard-to-store kitchen utensils
Beautiful racks for quick and easy access to kitchen tools that don't fit well in drawers or are hard to fish out of a counter crock. Easy to mount. I got two, mounted them one over the other, and it greatly neatened up my kitchen.

Nice looking product
Nice design and fits in many places, including tight spaces. Just be careful, it’s made in China, so the screws aren’t of great quality. Avoid overnighting anything or screws will keep threading. I was lucky it came with 2 of them and I only needed one so I had some spares

Perfect little rack
Installation is a bit tricky, but with all of the helps from the reviews and the instructions that come with it, the whole process took only about half an hour. Most of the half hour was just reading the instructions and figuring out which dowels to unscrew. Initially, you need to unscrew the "dowel" or whatever to release the unit inside. That is the one you want to screw into the wall. I also did not need to use the included anchors since I am screwing into solid wood instead of sheet rock. Once you screw these into the wall, then you attach the rack back onto them and screw the "dowels" back into it to tighten it. Trying to reach underneath to screw those dowels back in was the hardest part. They are close to the wall, and so you can't just turn the wrench all the way around because of the wall. You have to make a bunch of half turns. And, feeding that little tiny wrench into these holes is quite a trick. I finally got it done in about 15 minutes. I dropped one of these screw dowels and lost it, but it comes with extras. It comes with 4 extra S-shaped holders, and I applied them to the rack, and now I have at least 10 spatulas and ladles and spoons on this rack. This is a great product and I would buy it again.

The fit perfectly -- just what I needed!
The chrome finish on these rods is very nice and I like that I got two rods in each set. Each rod comes with 7 hooks that slide along the rod and there are extra hooks provided as well. Assembly took me a while -- the measurements given for between the holes was not accurate, so I had to undo a couple and reinstall. When I did this, even though I was manually screwing them in, the phillips screwdriver hole on the top spread open and I couldn't tighten the screw down as much as needed even by asserting more pressure. However, I did get them in enough to secure them with the tiny outside screws that you use the supplied Allen wrench to tighten. Since I placed the rods close to the wall, when tightening with the Allen wrench, I had to fenagle a bit for the screws closest to the wall, but in the end it all came together okay. As you can see, I use a lot of cooking utensils and I've been wanting to get them off my counter for a long time. Now I can use my counterspace for prepping meals rather than for storage. Overall, I'm very happy with these chrome rods.

About those tiny screws - and the flimsy plastic wall plug
I like the design, functionality, and appearance. As others have noted, the tiny bolts are a bear to install. I had one installation where it was impossible to get access to them and eventually gave up and put a glom of 5 minute epoxy which did the trick. If you do this you need a fair amount, about 1/3 of the tiny tubes or resin and epoxy that can be obtained from a hardware store. You have to do both ends at the same time. Minus one star for the hassle. The other item was the white plastic plug that gets "tapped" into the wall. You must get the hole the exact diameter or it bends and is unusable. I did this with two of them because all the diameters are metric and I had to approximate with my drill bits. It would be nice if the manufacturer provided the diameters.

Not perfect but it works
I like the overall look and functionality of the product but there are some scratches and imperfections in the welding work of the hooks.

parfait !
très beau produit, belle fabrication de qualité pas simple à installer toutefois...si on a pas l'habitude de ces petites vis avec clé Allen...qui permettent toutefois de bien cacher les attaches... faut juste être un peu patient...et cela en vaut la peine !
