Hammer's German Grammar and Usage 6e + Practising German Grammar 4e

Great books. Really helping me with my studies. Literally the Bible of German grammar. Quality of paper not too great but hell I ain't paying £90 from my university's bookshop for it.

As a proficient speaker of German I wanted an exercise book to help me with my written grammar. I get easily distracted so wanted something engaging that would excite me with interesting passages, examples and clear explanations maybe with some added colour, a creative use of font. Unfortunately this book is boring beyond belief, it does however have lots of examples but (yawn) will gather dust on my shelf and will probably use it as a reference when I need to construct an email or letter in correct german grammar.

This book includes everys single german grammar to explain how to germans using them in daily life or in written german. But it is not good for german learners so much complicated and this book is like for a native english speaker that speaks german in advance level and wants to know even further of german grammar i don't recommend it.
