The mixed reviews on the olive oil hybrid 12"We're scary. I'm not sure if some customers got a dud or simply didn't find it comfortable. I ultimately decided on this based on positive reviews, product description and past experiences with the manufacturer. I also needed the payment plan option which influenced my choice.First please make sure you unroll the mattress with the patterned side up. I didn't and paid the price having to wrestle it over to the other side.I was concerned about reports that the corners didn't inflate. At first it seems like they won't but 24 hours later the mattress is perfectly shaped.It was so comfortable to sleep on. The springs provide a slight bounce but not enough as to disturb my husband when getting up.This king mattress replaced a 5 year old zinus gel foam 10". The old mattress was still ok but I wanted to try the hybrid and I do prefer the new one.My "beef" with memory foam is the lack of bounce.There's no give to memory foam which is weird to me. The hybrid solved that issue for me.Both of us are pleased with the purchase.So far so good.

This is very good mattress. Compared to our $3000 bed it is great. We bought it after my husband was in the hospital and he was in the bed for a few months. It has great support for back and side sleepers. You can turn and flip and not affecting person next too you. It’s firm but plushy and soft in same time. I am recommending this mattress!

Like value for money& sleeping comfort for all sleep positions. Corners stayed compressed however.

We bought this on sake in December and would have to say this is a great mattress for the price, definately on the firm side. It took a couple of days to rise to the full height, and there was a littke odor that took a few days to disapate, but after a month of using it, I would give it five stars. My wife says she has never slept better, and there is no movement to wake her up when I get up ( I am an early riser).

I liked my first Zinus purchase for the guest bedroom so much I ordered this mattress for the main bedroom. I love this mattress. It has a plush top, but still provides the firmness I wanted. It arrived in perfect condition, securely packaged and wrapped. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and will recommend Zinus to anyone. Be aware that the thickness of the mattress will determine how "soft" it is. The 8 inch mattress in the guest bedroom is not a plush top and has a more firm support. This 12 inch hybrid is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for a great product, Zinus.

People insist you shouldn’t buy your mattress online, and never go without a box spring. I did both, as well as buying frame here. Excellent value, and I sleep great. Very comfortable and reasonably priced.

My decision to purchase the Zinus mattress was definitely the right decision one who shops for the better product. The cost was a $1000 plus cheater than checking at mattress stores. The comfort is awesome. I have a very bad back requiring a lot of bed rest constantly. The Zinus mattress has helped with the pain but I am getting better sleep, less waking up. So glad I made this purchase.

Bought this bed because it was made in Italy supposedly infused with olive oil but once I read the mattress tag it’s all man made like in any other foam mattress. Mattress sags after being left for 5 days to open and it is so hard my body aches all over. I’ve fallen out of bed twice because the sides haven’t risen and I’m literally sleeping on a big mound on the center of the bed. I checked the BBB and this company has more complaints against it. Not only many complaints but many unresolved and unanswered complaints. I find it hard to believe that it gets such good reviews from Amazon customers. Something is not right there. Amazon should not be selling anything from this awful company. Throwing in trash.
