I really feel the Hawthorne helps me. My numbers were pretty high (I'm on a carnivore diet). I started to take this and 4 months later - still on carnivore - my numbers dropped significantly.I didn't do 5 stars because the last time I ordered it I got Oil of Oregano instead and keep getting the run around on Amazon - and the ph# I called. Oil of Oregano is good for you too. Just didn't order it.
