Buy These!!!
I love these! My current job has made my feet have terrible supination, so when I bought new work shoes-I bought these to go in them as well. I was afraid they wouldn’t stick at first as one kept falling out the night before, but after one day they are staying put and haven’t budged. They are made with a nice firm gel and are comfortable. Now wearing them at work at first is a bit of a bummer as it made my feet really sore. But from what I can tell, this is because my feet are being *corrected* and that takes a bit of time. I’m in my second week of wearing them now and every day the pain is less and less and it’s so nice to not have to be in pain all the time! I will definitely be buying more of these to put in all of my shoes! Thank you!

Helps with my walking
Because my foot turns outward I was getting a callous on the outside of that foot. So it was hurting to walk. I know this foot turns outward and my leg is shorter on that side. These help but I wish you could reverse them. I don't need this on both shoes, just the right, so I am stuck because they come in right/left pairs

Not big enough to help me.
Sounded great from a lot of reviews. I think my supination is too, severe for these small, pads. I put them in my work, shoes, but didn't notice any real, adjusting of my feet. Yes, they tend to move in the shoe a bit. I bet if I were to super-glue them in, they would stsy, but I am not willing to do that. I feel that these may be better off in a heel, type shoe. I mean like a woman's, heeled shoe. Dressy, pump, style. For sneakers or boots, I feel they are just not heavy duty enough to make a difference. For someone else, perhaps, but for me, it's a "no".

Good investment for my feet
These work excellent in my shoes. You don’t even realize you have them, but unfortunately they do not stay stuck in place. I wound up just super gluing them to my insert pad of the shoe , And no they stay put, they don’t slide around. And yes I will buy again they are well worth the money.

A Good Product, But Needs a Tweak
I like the inserts, I like the way they feel, I like how they are transparent so I can even put them in sandals. But they don't stay in place. Not for a second.I used those double-sided sticky squares to hold them in place, and they work fine. But didn't the manufacturer test these? I shouldn't have to MacGyver them to make them work.

Amazing purchase
Came with 2 pair. I use one on my left heel and it prevents me from over rolling .....or under rolling? Either way, I didn’t have any shin splinting today. 5 stars.

Best corrective inserts I’ve found
These are wonderful! I’ve bought other styles of foam and gel inserts and they were inferior to these. The other gel ones didn’t correct my overpronnation. Other foam ones tended to pull up at the sides or wiggle around in my shoes and were ugly. These are soft, effective, comfortable, and unobtrusive even for sandals and heels. I’ve ordered multiple sets for all my favorite shoes and boots. I will keep ordering more when I get new shoes.

Work!
Surprised these worked so well. I don't feel much once I started walking/running. I'm a supinator, and these aligned my step with comfort. Will definitely be buying these again. Recommended!
