Easy to use hands-free personal cooling
Easy to use and adjust positions of each fan individually. Relatively quiet. USB charging cable is easy to use but takes several hours to fully charge. I've used the fan while cleaning the house during the summer when it easily reaches 80+ degrees F in the house. It doesn't keep me from working up a sweat but it is noticeably and significantly less than working without it. Two things I'm not fond of is the fact that the neck portion of the unit starts to get warm after using it on high speed for about an hour and the power button is not particularly easy to find when I'm wearing the unit. So if I want to change the fan speed or turn it on/off, I have to take it off and look for the power button. Don't particularly care for/use the kaleidoscope/rainbow color or the aromatherapy features but the individually adjustable positioning more than makes up for these two unused features. I have given 4 of them as gifts and each person has commented on how useful it has been. We plan to take ours on our next summer/warm weather trip. While there are other styles of personal fans out there, we especially like the hands-free design of this one.

Don't choose this brand. Buy a different one
Brought this for a present she used it 3xs and it doesn't work anymore.

DON'T BUY
I bought it for work. One fan didn't work and the charger didn't fit in the receptacle. I exchanged for a new one. While charging the new one, the chord caught fire in 10 seconds.
