I ordered these flat bands because I use looped ones already in my workouts and I like how easy it is to use them. It feels really good and they do make it easy to get a quick workout in.There are 3 stretch bands in a set, not five as pictured. Had I more thoroughly read the description I guess I would have realized that because now I see it says it at the bottom but I think the current photo is a bit misleading. I received one yellow, one green, and one pink band. There is a cloth pouch for neat storing, which I've found convenient because I keep all of my equipment in a carry bag.These bands measure 5ft in length each which works for me since I'm only 5'5. They vary in resistance but even the heaviest one is fairly light and not much thicker than the other two.They are unmarked and I had a little trouble telling between the light and medium because they both feel so light. I have still been able to get a good workout from them and I can double them up later as my needs change. These are really soft and transition easily without catching on your skin and clothing. They can glide and flow with you as you change your position.I feel like these bands are on the higher side price-wise, especially since there are only 3, but the softness is really nice and they do stretch well without any weak spots in the latex. Because these bands are so light they are really thin and so I am hoping they will hold up. Its really nice to have them handy for a quick session even when I only have have a few extra minutes. They are not the toughest flat bands I've seen but they are pretty nice and definitely the softest. I think just depends on what kind of exercises you're getting these for.I did receive mine for a promotional price for testing and evaluation purposes but-- that doesn't man I HAVE to like them. I rely a lot on customer reviews before deciding on an online purchase and so I have no problem calling a product out if it's not up to par. My review is solely based on my experience and honest opinion after using these bands.

My Mesh Code resistance bands, 3 in a pack, came with a woven drawstring storage bag. I received the blue, green and yellow and the bands seem to have varying degrees of thickness and, therefore, resistance. The bands are well made and do not feel as if they would break or weaken easily. The latex does not stick together, which is really nice when storing them! These are 5' long and 6" wide and come individually packaged. There is also an exercise instruction guide with 6 examples and pictures. I've been wanting to start a stretching program, and this is just the thing to use! I use them in the gym after a good workout to keep the lactic acid from building up. I also sit at a desk all day, so I bring them with me to work and use them to get a few stretches in every hour or so.
