I know that jerky comes in a lot of flavors and textures and people have a lot of extremely different preferences, so take this review with that in mind. Back in the day, my friend's relatives from Albuquerque would gift us with this one unlabeled paper bag of beef jerky that suited my personal tastes perfectly. It's EXTREMELY dry, sliced very thin so that it is almost crumbly rather than tough. You don't wreck your enamel trying to gnaw through it. Very flavorful. I spent years trying to find another jerky after I lost contact with the friend and nothing was ever quite right. The moment I got this package I knew instantly it was the same stuff, so I can vouch that these guys have been maintaining quality and flavor profile for years. The portions are generous and they don't skimp on quality of the individual pieces. Couldn't be a happier camper!

This beef jerky tastes so good just the way I like it because I'm a beef lover especially when it comes from purebred cows like the ongole.
