Bob’s Red Mill delivers great products and things no exception. Other products add huge protein numbers to the mix and this is not in that class, but perfect for adding to oatmeal, smoothies and baked products that you want to give some nutritional value. There is very little taste, no sugary taste, and a great value vs other whey protein options.

We love this stuff!! Makes wonderful smoothies. Nice that it doesn't have a flavor so you can make it taste like whatever your heart desires. Blends up beautifully, no added sugars and only 1 gram total sugars, no saturated fats(which is very important to us), and it adds a nice texture(thickness) to any liquids. I use almond milk and my husband uses dairy milk, both blend up nicely.

I am so glad Amazon carries this whey protein in a pack of 4. Spending $13 for one package at my local organic and health food store is quite pricey...sorry guys. I use this practically everyday as a protein shake after a workout or simply as an in between meal snack. What I like most is that there are no additive flavors, just straight whey here with very little taste. So making your favorite smoothies is wonderful for those seeking higher protein in their diet. I usually use a 1/2 cup of frozen fruit(bananas, strawberries, or blueberries), a cup of milk, a tablespoon of grounded flax, some honey if desired and 2 tablespoons of whey. Sometimes I will use 1/2 cup of plain yogurt in which I will cut back to 1/2 cup of milk. Blend and you have yourself a highly nutritious food shake. Highly recommend.

This really is great protein powder, it dissolves easily, no grittyness and no strange taste in our smoothies. I only buy this brand for its great quality.

I originally ordered this whey protein for baking and making protein bars. After running out of my regular protein powder, I used this whey protein in my overnight oats and was pleasantly surprised. It didn't alter the taste or texture and was an easy way to meet my daily protein goals. My dietitian recommended plant-based protein for shakes, but I think I'll try mixing this whey protein with Fairlife chocolate milk to see if they make a perfect pair. The only thing worth noting is that it caused some gas the first time I used it. However, after my body adjusted and realized it had no choice but to accept the new visitor, I haven't had any digestive issues. I believe the quality of this product makes a huge difference. I love Bob's Red Mill, their products, and what the company stands for (based on my limited knowledge, as I do not work there). P.S. My stomach and I have come to an understanding: it accepts the whey protein, and I promise not to subject it to any more surprise guests.

I have bought other whey protein powders, but as much as I use it, I just really have come to love Bob's Red Mill Whey Protein Powder. I find it actually stirs into liquid without clumping in horrible non-miscible clumps. That's important! I don't have the time to put everything into a Vitamix or a blender, and this actually mixes. When you are attempting to eat in a protein-forward way, which I do, you want to be able to supplement some breakfasts with a quick shake or mixed protein drink. The tastes is mild, I feel well-fed and unhungry after taking it, and it mixes up with my Creatine Monohydrate, Keto Electrolytes, and Magnesium just fine. I also put it into a gelatin "protein shot" mixture I meal prep ahead of a busy week, so I can create protein blocks to take along when I travel. Oh - and it is SO much more cost-effective than the brands sold to athletes with flavoring, additives, colorants, and well - all sorts of other chemicals I am SURE I do not need.
