Love this little pot enables me to use my loose leaf tea without a hassle just as easy as using tea bags

The description of the teapot is accurate (750mL), but it is larger than I expected - seeing the actual teapot rather than a small photo, I guess.I'm going to trade out the metal top for a spare glass one I have. The metal lid does not fit the teapot if the strainer is removed. (Not a deal-breaker for me.)I hope the photo gives a better perspective of size, and the functionality of the lid.

Beautiful little thing... couldn't ask for better.

The glass looks defective and does not have a smooth finish. I'm disappointed because this was to be a gift to my future mother in law. I was hoping for a much nicer finish and higher quality.
