Great, or very interesting game system.Only vent may be the formatting of how they decided to list the various powers you can get, or the ways you can take a certain power and add modifiers to it to make something unique.Instead of having one section with all the basic powers, like Harm (for attack powers) and then another section with various penalties or bonuses you can apply to powers to raise/lower dice cost, so everything is easy to fine they instead list a number of examples, each with their own unique modifiers, and then they expect you to pick and choose from all over willy nilly with no clear or easy way to reference the various possibilities.Basically memorize the entire 382 page book cover to cover and then try to use that knowledge to help others figure out what they want. Which becomes problematic when you have 5 people all trying to invent a unique character and none of them have the time to read the book 5 times to memorize it.
